had to ask for slippers at the reception ( there are not provided in the room )

I loved the property. It’s in a great location and really close to the water. The Staff was Outstanding…everyone from the help desk to the Bar took care of us in a very personal and extremely Professional way! We will come back ♥️

The hotel has a beautiful interior, with warm colors. It is very clean, and everything is in its place and as it should be. We loved the small chocolate housekeeping left to welcome us, and the postcards we found in the room. The mirror before entering in the toilet was warm and we didn’t feel cold when we woke up in the morning and went to wash our face. What do I say? The hotel is so comfortable that we were lazy leaving our room to go out. Thank you, for everything guys, and a greeting for the waiter from Domenican Republic and housekeeping ladies! ❤️

Staff: very kind and very helpful. Location: easy to find, also just 15 min walk to beach side, and a short taxi ride to the old town. Parking: available on site. Beds: very comfortable, and room has everything one needs.

Nice relaxing hotel located between Marbella and Puerto Banus. Good breakfast, large outside bar area with sun loungers and a pool. Easy parking. Nespresso coffee machine. Easy WiFI. Well designed rooms with a very good color palette. Staff was helpful.
It is probably 10 minutes from the nearest beach and 20 minutes from Marbella center. Puerto Banus is a 10 minute car ride away. There were barely any english speaking TV stations.

During my recent stay, I was very disappointed with the availability of irons at the hotel. I was told there are only a limited number, and on multiple occasions, I had to wait 2–3 hours, or was told there were none available at all. This forced me to take my clothes to the laundry instead, which was inconvenient and unexpected.
Having a basic amenity like an iron readily available should be standard for guests. I hope you will address this so future guests do not experience the same inconvenience

Worst experience ever i don’t recommend anyone to stay at that hotel
1- the rooms wasnt clean as my frind room had a ketchup stain on her bed and she called reception immediately and the lady said maybe the bed is only wet “as if it was normal for it to be wet” after when she saw the ketchup stain she apologized and immediately changed the bed.
2- the bathroom wasnt clean as when we lifted the toilet lid there was po** under and when we called the clwaningt lady she said that it was just rust and she cleaned it with a sponge and used the exact same sponge to clean the water tap infront of us which was so disgusting we really thought about buying cleaning tools to all of 3 rooms bathrooms that we have reserved
3- my first night as i was sleeping a lady from cleaning service opened the door while i was sleeping without knocking on the door which made me horrified and i screamed from the top of my head then she apologized and left fast , after 30 minures some other lady intered the room without knocking as well and apologised once again “when we told the receptionist about this he said just put do not disturb sign”
4- after putting do not disturb sign while my friend was at the toilet they opened the room and when we made a complaint about this incident to the receptionist he apologized and said that she was checking the mini bar and that it will not happen again !!!!!!!
5- i booked a king bed and the reception guy told me they only had twin beds and had me replace rooms with my friend who was with me after he gave her the “last king bed room”
6- last day they added a pizza order to my friends room and insisted that she ordered it and after asking the kitchen the receptionist apologised saying it was anothers room order.
