Spotless apartment and gardens .Good location. A short walk or drive to local shops ,supermarket and cafés/restaurants. Couple of mins walk to beachfront .Hotel guests get discounts at the nearby restaurants .Staff always on hand and knowledgeable about places to visit in the area .Would definitely like to return .
Too many children in the outdoor jacuzzis .There is one adults only indoor pool and jacuzzi and one adults only quiet outdoor pool but spotted 3 outdoor jacuzzis always with children in .

This hotel is very convenient due to its proximity to Málaga, as well as the facilities inside the hotel and rooms. The kitchen is especially very helpful.
Since in Málaga the food is quite expensive and the quality is lower compared to Barcelona and Madrid, having a kitchen makes a big difference. We also stayed here last year, but this year the hotel service was much better, and the bathrooms in the rooms were cleaner.
The hallways were dirty, and there was no good restaurant in the hotel where you could spend the evenings without going out .The supermarket inside the hotel was also expensive.

Did not enjoy their breakfast.
The resort should have a golf cart or something to transport folks (some very senior) down the long road to the local bus stop. And have shuttle service to the local super market. Its quite the walk from the hotel. Yes Uber and Bolt available for those that don't won't to rent but it add up to quickly in cost.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have had anywhere in the world.
There is no room service after 4:00 PM. There is also no proper restaurant operating after that time only a very small bar menu is available until 11:00 PM, and it is pick-up only with no delivery to the room. This is extremely inconvenient, especially for families or travelers arriving late.
No one helps with luggage, which is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to provide full service.
The swimming pools were closed with very limited alternatives, and this was never communicated before booking. Had we known this in advance, we would not have chosen this hotel.
Overall, the experience was misleading, disappointing, and poorly managed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting basic hospitality standards.

Friendly helpful staff, superb facilities and location. Very clean and spacious apartments.
