The property location is exceptional.
Easy check in-check out.
I arrived late, after staff was gone and they gave me instructions and facilitate get into my room via text before they left.
That was optimal although their communication was slow.
The staff was very (the one person I saw) passable.
And they suggested for me to leave earlier than check out time.
Not a big deal but I didn’t appreciate that.
The room itself was alright for a hostal.

It was clean and there was a conditioner
There wasn’t any fridge to keep some food cold, there wasn’t any toilet paper, the only thing that there was is a shower gel. Also there wasn’t any tanle in the room to let some stuff there or just to sit down and eat something. So bad for tourists who need comfort.

Location and comfort for an affordable price. A private bedroom with private bathroom cheaper than a hostel.

I liked how close it was to the beach and it was tucked away on a quiet street. I got the best night of sleep here on my trip! I didn't realize the room came with a private bathroom as well and was delighted to discover that! The room was also very, very spacious. The man working at the front desk was so kind and helpful!! Would definitely stay here again if I was passing through Marbella
There was slight water damage to the flooring by the bathroom but I'm sure that could be fixed

Very good location in the heart of the old town. Good value for money in the low season.
It's very cold in the room in the evening, as there is no heating. The old guy at reception could be a little more polite and welcoming.

The location was awesome and the AC worked great!
I traveled with a party of 15, upon arriving 2 of our rooms were not available. We eventually worked it out with the staff and were able to get our rooms. A couple members of our party found ants in their toiletry bags and blood on the sheets. My room was fine.

Mostly ? I liked the location, price and mosquito blocking device ( best thing about the room)
Bathroom and sink were too small and water would fall on the floor everytime.
People were being loud and I could hear them from inside their rooms

Great location just off the old town, friendly informative staff. Large comfortable bed.
Very small bathroom, window opened onto ground floor communal terrace so need to keep blind closed. Paid a high price for summer!

Everything was great … I didn’t wrote before comment about stays or maybe just very little.. But for this place I should write… rooms was cleaned and looks good and have A/C which most important Lol! The Staff really Great Great Great and very helpful!
