Wonderful
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were plentiful and varied, with different themed options and a wide selection to choose from. During the day, snacks were available at the snack bar, as well as self-service stations offering alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. A nice touch was the use of reusable cups instead of disposable plastic ones. The room was spacious and had a view of the pool. In the evenings, it could get a little noisier depending on the entertainment programme, but the windows provided good sound insulation. The hotel garden was beautifully maintained.
As part of the all-inclusive programme, I would have appreciated higher-quality coffee. It would also have been convenient if the hotel shuttle to the beach had been available between 2 pm and 4 pm.

Very clean. Room cleaned every day. Good variety of food and every evening a different country food theme. Free minibus to local beach. Close to a local shopping area with supermarket, bars and restaurants (if you fancy a change). Good entertainment for adults and kids. Staff very friendly.
Not enough plug points for 3 people with modern usage with kids iPad, 2 phones, 2 tracker watches, laptop and kindle. Used the TV point for my stuff.
Most of the aqua Zumba and Fitness was mostly in Spanish as was the kids club (which put our 5 yr old off a bit). All the kids staff could speak both French and English so not sure why they stuck to Spanish (been to other hotels and they do all 3).
Lifeguards weren’t very visible - older kids were coming down slides/flumes before younger kids had got out of the way (especially between 16.00-18.00) which should have been monitored for safety with the large range of kids - adults using the area.
Mad rush for beds in the morning too - queue started about 9.15 for 10 opening.

The staff and welcome at reception.
The location, the paths from the hotel to restaurants and facilities are awful if you are old or have young babies and prams with you. Location on the main coast road. You have to travel to the main town or to explore the areas. There are shuttle buses however if you want to get out and about. We had to taxi it everywhere and it cost us a small fortune. Also the food was mediocre at the restaurant, quality of the breakfast wasn't great. We found something each morning to have but it was underwhelming in choices and quality.

Amazing staff and location. Great value of money
Events at the pool areas going on until midnight which kept us awake. Pool very crowded with cold water.

the hotel staff especially when we are check in they are not welcoming and not helpfull about anything, the room is full of ant, fly and everything, the room and furbishes are all old and broken , we stay 1 night but ı can not stand at all if it is too long, we need to check out before breakfast and it is all included but the breakfast begin at 7:30 , we leave at 7:00 but they dont prepare or help us to give a sandwich or coffee because they are all rude and dont care about anything, ı think they get group or tour from people so dont care other individual booking customer

The room was clean, quite large, with a good bathroom and the bed was comfortable
We were disappointingly turned away when we first arrived at the hotel after enquiring about a room for just one night albeit at quite short notice, but we left and drove to a location a mile or so just along the highway and made an enquiry on booking.com about the same hotel and found that we could book a room which made the situation a little frustrating!
It felt a bit like a holiday camp and there were far too many people in the breakfast area which made it feel uncomfortable and sometimes chaotic!

The pools were fantastic, the room clean and spacious. Program was nice too. Great with kids. Walkable distance from the beach. Restaurants nearby. Massage onsite.
Food not so great, location near a highway. Gym was a joke, had two broken cardio machines and some free weights.

I would say location
You charge €22 for parking daily, while the rooms price is a bit high. Parking should be included.
The Buffet (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). You could’ve made so much better food menu.
Too much noise from people walking and talking down the hallway, and from the activities around the pool until late night.
The room doesn’t look like the pictures on booking.com
The rooms smell bad and I asked the stuff to do something about it but they never done anything.
