Amazing staff and location. Great value of money
Events at the pool areas going on until midnight which kept us awake. Pool very crowded with cold water.

the hotel staff especially when we are check in they are not welcoming and not helpfull about anything, the room is full of ant, fly and everything, the room and furbishes are all old and broken , we stay 1 night but ı can not stand at all if it is too long, we need to check out before breakfast and it is all included but the breakfast begin at 7:30 , we leave at 7:00 but they dont prepare or help us to give a sandwich or coffee because they are all rude and dont care about anything, ı think they get group or tour from people so dont care other individual booking customer

The room was clean, quite large, with a good bathroom and the bed was comfortable
We were disappointingly turned away when we first arrived at the hotel after enquiring about a room for just one night albeit at quite short notice, but we left and drove to a location a mile or so just along the highway and made an enquiry on booking.com about the same hotel and found that we could book a room which made the situation a little frustrating!
It felt a bit like a holiday camp and there were far too many people in the breakfast area which made it feel uncomfortable and sometimes chaotic!

Reception staff Inma was kind and tried her best to accommodate our requests and help
location, old facility, old rooms with no safe no private balcony and far away from beach and park. pics used to advertise are very deceiving

The pools were fantastic, the room clean and spacious. Program was nice too. Great with kids. Walkable distance from the beach. Restaurants nearby. Massage onsite.
Food not so great, location near a highway. Gym was a joke, had two broken cardio machines and some free weights.

I would say location
You charge €22 for parking daily, while the rooms price is a bit high. Parking should be included.
The Buffet (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). You could’ve made so much better food menu.
Too much noise from people walking and talking down the hallway, and from the activities around the pool until late night.
The room doesn’t look like the pictures on booking.com
The rooms smell bad and I asked the stuff to do something about it but they never done anything.

Comfortable beds, restaurants 3 minutes walking distance (unlike what google maps shows 17 mins)
Breakfast can be way better (taste and quality) but you won’t stay hungry because there are varieties

More help assisting me I walk with a stick nobody told me where the ramp from my room was for easier access, the phone to my bedroom wasn’t working to get to reception, my room hadn’t been serviced one day, so I had to walk to reception to report these matters my room was serviced the next day, but not the phone and as I was on my own due to my husband being in hospital having an operation for cancer, I really needed to be able to phone reception if I needed help I stayed at that hotel to be nearer my husband.
