Susana was incredibly polite and exceeded our expectations in every way. She helped us order the perfect birthday cake, beautifully decorated the room, and even organized our transfers to and from the airport. Also, Ana was very polite and informative, giving us excellent recommendations on cafes and restaurants in Marbella that really enhanced our stay. Their professionalism and warm service made our experience truly memorable. Overall, all employees were polite. The hotel was super clean and very well located, steps away from the beach and the historical center.

Decent sized rooms, the location and the staff.
There were a couple times in my 8 night stay that the cleaning services either weren’t done or done terribly.

The room was beautiful, very clean, nice tea and coffee faclities, great toiletries. The staff left balloons, a card and some chocolates in the room for my partners 50th birthday. That was a lovely touch.

we loved situation very handy to promenade and old town
we would probably ask for a room that gets afternoon sun we found our room a little cold in evening. it wouldn't be a problem in the height of summer but it would make a difference in April

Fantastic hotel, will certainly be back. Very well appointed rooms and communal areas and a fantastic restaurant. Clear that the restaurant is a local haunt which really added to the ambiance. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful.
