Location is excellent, close to Orange Square and old town.
Breakfast was listed as available at the property but when I arrived I was told it was not available during my stay.
The room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable and badly made. It was a disappointing sight as a first impression.

Down a beautiful street lies this gem of a hotel , lovely lady on reception spoke perfect English and was so helpful . Room was large , well decorated and cleaner than even most 5 star hotels we’ve stayed at. Terrace was an amazing place to sit out. As for the price , well - it is a real bargain.

Good central location in Marbella, close to shops, restaurants, and the old town.
Small, quiet hotel suitable for short stays.
Clean room and a working TV.
Cars cannot reach the hotel entrance, so you need to walk with your luggage.
The hotel is very small and only two-star, which clearly reflects in the overall facilities.
The room has no amenities other than a TV (no minibar, kettle, coffee/tea, or other basic comforts).
Parking is not on-site. The nearest parking is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
Parking is expensive: €30 per day. With the hotel’s exit card, the price is reduced to €20, but it is still quite high.
This hotel may be acceptable if location is your top priority and you only need a very basic place to sleep. However, do not expect comfort, facilities, or easy access by car.

Staff was very kind, nice and helpfull.
Phone number that was noted was out of order.
Entrance for guest after working hours was not functioning sometimes. Giests could not get into hotel witb provided token or pass code.
Emergency phone contact should be provided on entrance.

Location and price. Check-in 12:00 PM check-out also 12:00 PM This is a very good timing for Europe.
Around 10:30 PM, someone was locked in the bathroom next door. They tried to get them out until midnight. It was certainly an unintentional occurrence, but the guests in other rooms should have been considered and handled with minimal noise. The walls were very thin, and all conversations in the adjacent rooms could be heard. Furthermore, there was an air conditioner or fan controlled outside the room, making the room very cold. Finally, the sheets were stained, and the room had a foul smelling.

İts a simple hotel in the central of the city. No car park available, no coffee no water. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Nice to stay in the centre but you shouldnt expect too much
