Good value for the money. Good location and nice rooms with sea view. You get what you pay for.
We could see some small ants on the floor of the room, but harmless or at least we haven’t been bothered by them.
Same food for breakfast during 1 week.

The location was perfect. Right by the beach and the Old Town, which is the best part of Marbella (in our opinion!). The view of the sea from the room was stunning. My boyfriend got food poisoning on our second night (not from the hotel - from another local restaurant) and they gave us an additional hour for checkout at no additional cost, which was very appreciated. The staff were very friendly.
The rooms were very dated and rundown, as were the hallways and general inside appearance of the property. The pool was very small and with no bar service (drinks, snacks) past 3pm. There were a lot of children, which is fine, but the pool can become chaotic as it is so small. There are no additional towels provided for the swimming pool, you had to pay for them, which is a bit of a sting when the room is already over £220 a night. The beds were firm and uncomfortable and we had two singles pushed together, when we'd booked a double (which we would've preferred as we booked as a couple). I think the hotel relies heavily on its excellent views and location, and has not updated the rooms and facilities as they think the location makes up for it, but they really let the hotel down. We were only there for two nights so it was fine and although expensive, it was admittedly still cheaper than surrounding properties. We wanted a pool so that limited our options in the Old Town, however I would recommend not to focus on the hotel having a pool. The beach is lovely with lots of sunbeds, and the nearby hotels without pools are much more charming and boutique (and probably much better value for money).

The hotel has a great location, right by the seaside and close to the Old Town. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast was sufficient, and having it on the terrace with the beautiful view made it especially enjoyable.
The bed was not very comfortable, and when we first entered the room, it did not seem fully cleaned, especially the spare pillowcases. I also found the extra charge for the safe unusual. Overall, the hotel was good, especially for an older hotel, but more attention could be paid to cleanliness.

Excellent location on the beach. I had views of the ocean, Gibraltar and Africa from my balcony. Excellent breakfast buffet on the rooftop with views of the ocean, Gibraltar and Africa during breakfast.
You hear the TV and people talking from adjacent rooms. A bit cumbersome when trying to sleep.

Great location right on beach promenade. Great views from breakfast room and rooftop pool. The paid breakfast was worth the €12 per day, especially if you eat early in the service. Staff was helpful.
It has some age and could use updates. Could clearly hear neighbors through the walls. No shower gel or shampoo in shower-just hand soap. Had to ask for extra towels (rather than 1 for 2 guests). Safe in room was extra charge!

The hotel overall felt very old and the facilities were outdated. (There's a reason the price is cheap) But it was nice because it was right in front of the beach (not a beach worth enjoying, it's quite short and narrow)
Water does not drain well when showering. There is a parking lot in the building, but guests also charge money (I remember it was about 30 euros/night)
