All perfect. Location exelent to all interesting places to go. front sea view. The room has everything that you need. Like a complete studio... full equipped. Special THANKS to all staff. Kitchen restaurant. Cleaning Ladies (& Charito). All Frot desk (Martha, Juan. Roberto, Albert).....
It's a construction next, but personally, it was not a problem. They never started working early... Also, the people working there were very respectful...

carpet was pretty old and dirty in the main hallways the rooms can use a little more polish. Cleaning service can be cleaner. beds can be more comfortable.

My second time staying here. I cam back due to the amazing location right in front of the beach and close to the old town. The Sunrise views are gorgeous! Do chose the Sea view rooms. Interior is not the most modern, but a great hotel overall for the price you pay. If you have a car, reserve the Indigo carpark on the app to pay much less. It's a short 5 mins walk.
No big issue. Elevator makes a weird noise every time it goes down. TV is not smart TV. No Netflix or Youtube.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very good.
The hotel as a whole needs updating. The carpets were worn out, the 2 elevators are small, slow and you had to wait a long time for them. The breakfast could have had a better selection.

Great location along the malecon next to the beach with plenty of nearby restaurants. Great breakfast from top floor with nice views. Attentive staff. Comfy room with cooking utensils.
Expensive and very tight parking at nearby public parking. Rocky beach with chilly water, even mid-September
