Not worth the money, service, doesn’t even refill coffee when is finished in the room, make you pay right after you order food by the pool, visited a lot of hard rock hotels in my life and this one have the worst management ever

Great hotel with a fantastic atmosphere. This was my second stay here, and once again it was a wonderful experience. The poolside ambiance is relaxing and enjoyable, the staff are welcoming, and the breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice.
The only issue was a mild but recurring vibrating noise coming from the ceiling, apparently linked to the air-conditioning system on the fifth floor. It occurred every two or three minutes. We reported it, but unfortunately it did not seem possible to resolve during our stay.

The staff was the rudest staff I have ever encountered. I was shocked since Hard Rock Hotel staff are usually so nice in other countries. They do not get back to you if you call reception, they did not come to clean the room, they were so lazy when asked something of them.

The hotel is nice but staff aren't, the hotel only seems to be affordable compared to the other hotels situated in the area. Felt the money wasn't worth it though.
Didn't like the staff, really noticed this hotel is lovely but some people don't want others to come. When I arrived 1 of the male receptionist thought I didn't have money in my card, i wanted to pay 1 cent pay as you go and their knet machine kept showing my payment is declined, I paid the deposit per day and he was shocked I did have money. What's wrong with these people, at least learn how to fake being professional. The pool restaurant staff were really mean to other people , didn't order by the pool because of their behaviour. When you speak spanish, remember some of us understand and our mothers are latinas. The toilet has a giant sink and couldn't wash my face normally and felt it was too huge?

Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel was incredible from start to finish. From the VIP check-in with Tyler to our beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the pool, everything exceeded our expectations.
Every member of staff we encountered—from the housekeeping team to the kitchen and bar staff—was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
A special mention must go to the entertainment team. The DJ at the main pool played a fantastic selection of party music, while the dancers, drummer, and live guitarist really elevated the atmosphere and created an amazing holiday vibe. It felt like a celebration every day and added so much to our overall experience.
The location was perfect for us, the facilities were excellent, and we genuinely had one of the best holidays we’ve had in a long time.
We would absolutely recommend the Hard Rock Hotel to anyone visiting Marbella. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special—we can’t wait to return!

Layout, size, ambiance and location
I got locked out on my room balcony on my first night. 2 Exit doors - apparently one had a sign saying don't close door. The other one that I used didn't! They should have this sign on both exits! To contact reception was next to impossible. The local number led to a bot that gave me HRH phone numbers in different countries. Finally Chat GPT gave me the correct reception number that took ages to answers and when they did it took the receptionist a long time to understand me. I finally got in myself.
Terrible large sausages for breakfast and coffee machine constantly delivering very watery decaf cappuchino with little / no actual coffee.
On line room service on their app allowed you to go through the entire ordering process only to say "Not available" when you go to order. I phoned room service and they brought me a doggy bag with cheap wooden spoon and fork. No plates etc. Room tea/coffee not replenished once in my 5 day stay.

Paid 151€ on the 1st night ( Monday ) then needed to extend for a 2nd night and got charged 360€ ( for 1 night ) on a Tuesday , absolute rip off !!!

The hotel is with a good location and plenty of parking spaces to choose from. The hotel is also quite big and spacious. The breakfast buffet was by far the best thing about the service from the hotel.
This hotel is surely fantastic for young travelers, as I arrived in the lobby, I couldn't hear the staff when I was checking in. The non stop music coming from the main bar on the ground level was terrible to say the least. At least the acoustics of the hotel make this idea ludicrous. I get some people like to have a vibrant vibe, but the lobby sounded like a rock hall or disco. A vibe not to my personal taste.
