Nice convenient room with small balcony and beautiful view
Excellent breakfast with huge variety.
Lacked daily refill of coffee & tea in room.
Doors were not sound proof.

Wonderful
Amazing Hotel. Free lot parking close to. Through the hotel tunnel to Puerto Banus 15 minutes walk. The atmosphere the is comfortable. Beautiful design with swimming pool views. The breakfast is amazing. The staff very helpful and cooperative.

The lobby and its resturants
The room was very noisy, and workers were carrying out construction activities within the property early in the morning without any prior notification. Additionally, the rooms are extremely small.

The room, the lobby with great ambience and music , the staff was specially attentive and nice, the pool is amazing, great breakfast. It is a perfect spot to visit Ronda , Marbella , Fuengirola , even Malaga. Always found free parking around the property ( low season)
It was quite difficult to cross the highway between the hotel and the beach area (with a continuous barrier for several kms.)
The only way was walking trough an underground tunnel that didn’t feel safe. We had to walk too much to get to the restaurants in the beach area.
Also the price of food &beverages was a little high , but this is common in Puerto Banús

Location to down town, easy to walk to and from.
Not enough exist, seemed like you could only come and go thru the main front door even thought the rooms were no where near that. Would have been nice to had access to leave by the rooms to the outside.

everything is very good except the location. The motorway is very close, but with the music most of the time quite loud around the pool, you won’t notice. In our room we couldn’t hear the traffic either. Building is in good shape . Room was great, big, comfortable, also in good condition except the aircon which was too loud. Breakfast and dinner is very good, we had lunch twice, once in the restaurant by the lower pool, once by the upper pool, that was good as well. Staff is super nice. Garden is beautiful. There were enough sunbeds in the unexpectedly hot last few days of October. Beach and the beautiful promenade is a 10 minute walk. Would definitely come back.
The pools are too shallow, not possible to swim. Coffee machine is not good enough, the coffees with milk have terrible taste

Friendly and very accommodating staff. Good breakfast and nice music being played. Overall a nice stay but there's other hotels in the area with more value IMO.
Cool wristbands like when you go to a rave instead of a hotel keycard lol
I wrote in advance that I was going to propose to my now fiancé and asked if they could do as little as just writing a letter or making a silly origami out of the towels to make her feel special. They confirmed it on the email and phone, but when I arrived it was just a normal room. They told me it was too short of a notice with 1 day, and apologized. I'm not sure I'm buying that idea, and the least they could do was decline my request instead of giving me false expectations. Good staff though, I just think it was a misunderstanding that's all.

it was classed as an accessible hotel with pool hoist but this was not available. it was way over priced but I didnt mind as it was classed as accessible in the pool too, but this was not true very disappointing in August for a child in a wheelchair
