We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Alba, Hanna, Olivia and ALLLL OF THE STAFF ARE THE MOST GRACIOUS AND KIND! The location was absolutely perfect—everything was walkable, and we were surrounded by great restaurants and charming streets. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety and fresh options every morning and they were so accommodating and we were able to enjoy it on our private balcony. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The hotel itself was cozy and comfortable, making it a relaxing place to return to after a day of exploring. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay! If I could I’d choose this hotel (and the staff) in every place I visit, I was truly blown away!
They did turn down service, provided chocolate and wine, the team was just PHENOMENAL!!! The small touches made us feel like we were family/royalty all at once.
I loved EVERYTHINGGGGGGG!!! There wasn’t anything I would change except that we had to leave- that was the worst part I did NOT like.

A truly wonderful stay! The staff were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The breakfast and service were outstanding. Our room was very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The hotel’s location in the Old Town is both central and peaceful — perfect in every way.

Hotel Claude is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. It’s beautiful, it’s in a great location and the staff goes above and beyond. My rate included breakfast and the breakfast was delicious. I genuinely didn’t want to leave, that’s how much I enjoyed my stay here. I’ll definitely be returning to this hotel.

The attentive service from every staff member may have been the best I have ever experienced. The decor and style of the hotel was incredible. Our room was very quant and comfortable. The hotel was small and cozy and very quiet. Breakfast on the roof terrace was also a highlight. The food was very fresh and again, the service was impeccable.

This hotel was amazing! A perfect, small boutique hotel with excellent service. The staff were lovely and very attentive, remembering exactly how I liked my breakfast each morning. Many amenities (room snacks, breakfast) without extra charges. So incredibly beautiful, especially breakfast on the rooftop. Dinner was one of the best meals I’ve had.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Claude. The location was fantastic, the front staff and cleaners were very warm, friendly, helpful and caring.

The building has a lot of history and has kept much of it's original charm and heritage reflecting it's cultural and history.
In addition to the above, the stand out is the caring staff, who were attentive, caring, non interfering and non big chain corporate to make us wish that this was our home... 10/10
