Room was clean.
A 200 euro deposit was taken from me before we arrived.
at the end of our holiday they said 30 euro needed to be taken due to leaving rubbish which was fine so 170 euro was meant to be refunded. The money was never refuend and that 30 euro was taken from my card and not out of the deposit so all together took 230 euro. After back and forth with them they insisted they refunded the money but I never received here. DO NOT STAY.

The apartment is very modern and visually appealing, with plenty of space inside. During the off-season, there’s also ample free parking available nearby, which is a big plus. However, we did experience an issue with ants during our stay, which unfortunately affected our overall experience.
The reception sprayed something to get rid of the ants, but unfortunately, they came back. The smell of the product wasn’t pleasant, and I wasn’t sure how safe it was—especially since I was staying there with my kids. At one point, the ants were all over our clothes, and I had to wash everything. While the reception staff did apologise, they didn’t offer any real compensation. They mentioned they a discount for a future stay, even though they knew I likely wouldn’t return - I asked for partial stay refund - still waiting for answer (the stay was in the last week of march 2025). We also weren’t offered a different apartment.

We liked everything about the Aqua Apartments Vento. The cleanliness, the location, and the spaciousness of the Apartments. Also they were very well equipped, everything one, one need for a self catering holiday. The staff were also very helpful.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.
