Room was a corner with a nice view and balcony. Having a kitchen is very convenient. And if you don't wish to cook, there is a restaurant downstairs. Also, the hotel is walkable within a short distance ( no more.than 10 minutes) to many restaurants as well as food markets, coffee shops and a bakery. On Friday, there is an outdoor market with local vendors which is located near the main square.
Enjoyed our stay! Nothing other than a couple of maintenance issues that were fixed in short order

I liked the overall facilities and the spacious apartment, which was comfortable and well laid out. The indoor swimming pool was a big plus, especially for relaxing time. The location is very convenient, with supermarkets, cafeterias, and other daily necessities just a few meters away. Overall, the hotel (apartment) offers a good balance of comfort, space, and accessibility.
Parking inside the hotel is available at an additional cost of €10 per day. Apart from this, all other aspects of the stay were satisfactory.

The size of the apartment, very big!. Staff super kind. Indoor pool. Amazing hotel, I will come back for sure.
The access to the apartment has stairs before the elevator and we had two strollers with two children anyway it wasn't a big issue. The hotel is built like this. Reception offered us change room and we prefer to stay in the same room.

We have stayed here on a number of times as we like the location between Elviria and the Beach. As always we had an ace time and wil come back again. The pool was a little colder than normal this time and so must have caught this at the wrong time. Its always been warmer in the past and even in early summer .

Great place for kids, even have playroom with drop off for kids . Nice pool and activities for the kids
From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of frustrating. The staff, particularly the workers, were shockingly rude — not just inattentive, but downright dismissive. The receptionist, a woman with a glaring sense of arrogance, made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a guest.
But the worst part? After an exhausting journey from the USA, jet-lagged and drained, I was forced to wait endlessly for my room. Not just an hour or two — I was kept waiting all day, finally getting access at 4:30 PM. Imagine traveling across continents, dreaming of a hot shower and a bed, only to be told to sit and wait while time crawls by. It felt more like punishment than hospitality.
If you’re arriving from a long-haul flight and expect even a hint of warmth or efficiency, prepare to be disappointed. This was not the welcome I expected — it was a test of patience.

Not the same as it used to be
We stayed at Ona Alanda Club for 10 days in July 2025 and were very disappointed. We had stayed here in 2012 and loved it, but the quality has dropped a lot.
No help with luggage, unfriendly staff, poor cleaning, torn bedsheets, a broken sofa bed, and an uncomfortable couch. Housekeeping was not nice or helpful.
Sadly, we won’t be coming back.

Close to beach and the property was nice and clean. The pools were great.
Extremely out of date unit - not enjoyable at all. It was clean but not worth the value. I would have paid more to be in a unit that was didn’t feel stuck in the 80’s.

A lot of kids activities and they have kids playroom with staff that watch kids.
They give you room keys very late, 4:30 pm, so if you flaying from the USA u will need to wait all afternoon for the keys. Inconvenient

Having a kitchen saved us quite a bit because we cooked several meals and stored snacks.
