There wasn't really anything that stood out for us personally. The property does have a large swimming pool where guests can swim and relax, and the apartment setup, with a separate bedroom, living room, and kitchen, could be convenient for families, especially those planning a longer stay or who prefer to prepare some meals themselves.
The beach is also only a few minutes' walk away, which is convenient if your main plan is to spend most of your holiday around the beach.
This property felt more like a holiday apartment complex than a hotel, which may be perfectly suitable for families but wasn't really the experience we were looking for as a couple.
We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with a separate living room and kitchen. While the space itself was generous, the room and interiors felt quite old and dated and could definitely benefit from renovation and modernization. For the price we paid, we expected a noticeably better standard in terms of the room, amenities, and overall experience.
Another thing to be aware of is that there is no daily housekeeping. During our 4-night stay, our apartment was cleaned only once. This might be normal for a holiday apartment-style property, but if you're booking expecting a more traditional hotel experience with daily room cleaning and freshening up, this is something to consider. Again, considering the price, we expected a higher level of service.
There is a swimming pool and towels are provided, although guests are informed that there is a €15 charge if the towel is not returned. It is understandable that the property needs to manage its towels, but this added to the feeling that the experience was more functional than what we expected for the price.
Location is another consideration. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away, but the property is quite far from Marbella Old Town and Puerto Banús. If you're planning to stay mainly around the resort, relax by the pool and beach, and spend time with family, the location may work perfectly well. However, if you want to explore different parts of Marbella, dine out in different areas, visit the Old Town, or spend time around Puerto Banús, it isn't the most convenient base.
Our biggest disappointment was the value for money. We simply didn't feel that the price matched the quality of the accommodation, amenities, or level of service.

Too expensive for what it is. Breakfast is meh, the sink in our room didn’t drain properly at all. Overall the facilities are quite dated. You can find a much better way to spend that amount of money

We stayed in a 2 bed apartment which was very large and spacious. It was very clean, well resourced and superb value for the area. We only stayed one night as we transitioned from one airbnb to another and wish we had had booked to stay longer. We found the parking straightforward and the location was ideal for accessing other places along the coast. The pool area was very good and the food in the bar/restaurant was great.
Just wish we had booked to stay here for longer!

The barbecue and show cooking was great. The kids loved the pools and the staff was lovely.
Birds eating out of the buffet was a little gross! Men’s sauna was out of order during our stay.
