Nothing. Worst hotel experience ever. Vinnci Seleccion Posada del PATIO Malaga basically kept $2,000 cdn of our money for a booking that ended within 24 hours of booking it. Our biggest mistake was believing the 5 star rating. Our 2nd mistake was booking it for 5 nights in a panic. We only stayed for 1 night, and and left the next morning.They kept our money, $2,000 +/- no apology. No nothing. Just greed. They are well aware of our extenuating last minute circumstance thru booking.com. They are well aware that we checked out after 1 night, they were WELL AWARE that we booked this room less than 24 hours before we checked out after 1 night. They have literally hid behind some bogus No Refund Policy. They knew our situation, that we had to book something in a panic while on the Tarmac in Cairo given our other reservation basically had to cancel and that we had literally nowhere to go upon landing minutes before take off so booked to ensure we got a room in Malaga…We went by the booking.com STAR rating of 5 and assumed we would be ok. they knew ALL of this 24 hours later when we left this hotel after 1 horrible night. The room was COMPLETELY not why we wanted, NOR was it ANYTHING remotely close to a 5 Star hotel - 3.5 star at best. ..however they kept our money we paid for the following 4 nights. Basically we are out $2,000CDN from these horrid hoteliers. What did we like about this hotel…..nothing. They leaned on this policy even though we booked LESS THAN 24 HOURS earlier. We cost them absolutely NOTHING and have the screenshots of the subsequent nights and availability for that hotel for the remainder of the week to prove we didn’t cost them a penny. They completely took advantage of Disadvantaged travellers. They literally stole our money. $2,000 CDN DOLLARS!!!!JUST AWFUL.
Everything. The chemical smell in the room, the bad air circulation. The fact there are no window screens. The dark walls. THe bites on my wife’s leg likely from whatever flew in during the night with no screen. The militant attitude of your reservation manager who would rather help you steal from people rather than be fair and just to people who don’t expect to start their Spain vacation in such an awful and upsetting way. 5 star hotel? NOT EVEN CLOSE! What a misrepresentation that was!!! BY the way, I WILL be the squeaky wheel.i really don’t enjoy being ripped off by some unscrupulous hotel chain. I WILL also be writing very detailed reviews. And booking.com has not heard the last of this either. I strongly question their rating schematic after this nightmare.

The breakfast was indeed excellent. Common areas were very nice. Room was okay, nothing special, the bathroom was nicely renovated. Staff were kind.
We visited in March and the heat wasn't turned on in our room, so had to wait like 2-3 hours to get to normal temperature.

One of the best experiences I’ve had was at Vincci hotel. Even though it’s very central, it was still incredibly quiet and cozy. The best part was the parking service, they parked the car for you themselves, which was very convenient. And if you preferred to walk, it was right next to old City of Málaga.
We will definitely come back to this hotel again.

This is a beautiful top-notch hotel situated right beside the old part of Malaga, so we walked everywhere. The staff is super friendly. The room was wonderful, with very comfortable beds and a beautiful bathroom with a great shower. We didn't avail ourselves of the breakfast, so I cannot comment on this. We just had coffee in our room every morning and went out for brunch.
Everything was wonderful, there was nothing we didn't like, we will return!

The staff here are so helpful and pleasant.. Breakfast is great.... beds extremely comfortable. Location excellent, accessible to old town, the port etc. Little extras make a difference too.

This is a beautiful hotel with character in a great location for exploring the old city of Malaga. The staff were really friendly and spotted it was my birthday when we checked in. They then delivered a complimentary cake and bottle of bubbly to our room which was such a lovely, unexpected surprised and made us feel very welcomed.
We also ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and would highly recommend the food.

The location is good near the center. The bed was very good and the room was clean. The breakfast had good variety but the quality was 4-star maximum.
The staff is not trained - the concierge services are very weak. Also, during our breakfast a service lady was coughing over the food and the people - she was sick but she did not use a mask to protect the food and the people. We had to complain about her not respecting the guests and the hotel for not taking health measures (especially after the global Covid experience).
Also, we were asking the reception for a nice restaurant to recommend and they were not knowledgable and helpful.
The pool is very small and yhe service on the pool bar very bad.
The room even in the third floor and on the side street was very very noisy!!!
