The rooms were pristine clean. The hotel has a payed underground garage, but you can safely park your car the very next street for free and safe. The hotel is 10 minutes driving from the airport. The room has a great view, and from the 5th floor, the Misericordia playa looks nice. The restaurants near the beach are a danger to your health, especially the "fresh" fish and sea food.
The breakfast was boring. Almost no fresh vegetables (except for sliced tomatoes, some morning a sliced tomato). One of the worst scrambled eggs ever. The price of the hotel was largely inflated. The staff was niiice, but with a fake smile, and leaving the impression of no real kindness or interest towards a guest.

Location across from the beach.
Wish there was a pool. The beach was very windy and could not enjoy any type of swimming. If there was a hotel pool, it would have been great to have this option.

It did not meet the expectations of a 4* hotel .. the cleanness will stand with 5/10, very dusty. The hotel is a little old and needs innovation specially in the bathroom, the light was very dem

Lovely hotel, great location, great staff
Spoilt by children's party on the Saturday afternoon, so the restaurant was not available until mid evening, the bar was full of screaming kids so unusable.

Nice hotel with friendly and well trained staff. The breakfast is very good and the timeframe in which you can serve breakfast is very generous ;) The room was cleaned perfectly every day, and we also had a nice surprise to see that our car (parked in the underground garage) was washed one day ;)
A minor aspect: the underground parking needs the room key to open when entering (the exit is automatic) and you have to step out and scan it (the scanning part sometimes takes multiple tries). Maybe an easier way to enter would be great (like a remote, or licence plate recognition).
