Its placed close to the Metro, go the beach, old town...everything you may want to know. Staff is overly kind.
First we were offered a room on the first floor. Please NEVER ACCEPT A ROOM IN THE FIRST FLOOR. They are noise and our smelled so strong to cigarettes that we changed it (noise + tobacco def a no no). Theb we were moved to the 4th floor which was very nice but they didn't clean our room even though we had the sign outside our room ALL MORNING.

Great location, good rooms and beds, some rooms have wonderful view of the Alameda Ave. Small boutique hotel with attentive staff.
Parking facility difficult to reach and GPS doesn’t function well in limited access area. Limited amenities. No coffee maker. Weak a/c.

Good location for sightseeing, transport and cafes/restaurants. Comfortable, clean room. Tea and coffee available in reception. Nice cafes next door for breakfast.

I liked everything, but I would expect free water and parking service. For the parking only 20 percent discount is applied by the hotel. I would expect more than that.

The hotel is new and this can be easily noticed from the moment you walk in. The room was really clean and the staff extremely friendly. We also managed to receive our room a bit earlier than the check-in hour, which was a nice addition. They also have available late check outs (need to be paid). The location is right on the main boulevard of the city (Alameda), which is close to the old town. They don't have breakfast options, but they collaborate with a nearby location called Brunchit, which has breakfast packages special for hotel guests at 18 Euros/person.
Room was quite small for two people, we struggled to have two big suitcases put somewhere so we didn't step on them.
