Close to the airport. Good bar. Excellent breakfast. Nice view. Paddle tennis. Pool.
Noisy reconstruction. Pool opens at 11:00 which does not allow one night standers to enjoy it. Beach is ok, nothing romantic, but ok.

Very good breakfast and dinner, friendly stuff, bus and taxi always available.
No soundproof, you can hear almost all through the walls, as well as door.. There is a lot of echo in the corridors, it would not be bad to put a carpet in the corridors.

When there was an error of the room we were given they quickly moved us to the appropriate type of room. They insisted the error was through Booking.com information provided.
Absolutely loved the seafood restaurant, directly behind the hotel on the beach.

Staff went above and beyond. Not a single staff member was rude, sulking or difficult; they were all super pleasant, even the manager introduced himself. There was a halloween party for kids which was a bonus, as well as a daycare thing where mine spent a couple of hours. The food was all good. Cant fault it really - hotel is a bit dated inside, but more than made up for that with the friendliness of the staff and the atmosphere. I tied a family break in with a bit of birding on the nearby wasteground and nature reserve and the hotel is generally away from the super busy city centre.
There was nothing about the hotel I didn't like.

Everything was perfect the view the staff, it was relaxing ☺️ we had a perfect stay at this hotel. The bus to go to the center the train and bus station was 2 minutes from the hotel. I recommend this hotel.Malaga is beautiful place to visit.

The location is good as it is on the beach, the view from upper fllor room is great, but there's not too much to do in the area, and the distance to Malaga is not that that small.
The hotel does not look as a 4 stars at all.
I booked a Sol sea view room and I had the bad luck to receive one of the rooms that is not renovated. It looked awful. Not only that the furniture and facilities were old and damaged, but there were dirty stains on the wals, chairs, and bathtub. The AC was the old ones, standing on the ground and making a lot of noise. Honestly, rooms like these should not be sold ever, even in a 0-star hotel!
I asked for another room and they provided me with a renovated one but the room was between other two room, communicating rooms, so I had 2 doors in my room. They were locked, fine, but I heard all the noise from both, like one of the neighbours was snoring very badly and from the other I always heard the toilet flush.
The restaurant is ok, but nothing fantastic. What I actually did not appreciate was the fact that the coffee at the machines was awful, but this is something that is common to other 4 stars hotels, but here I could not even have a cappuccino from the bar, for breakfast, as the bar only opens after breakfast. For me, a good coffee is what I need in the morning and I think not only for me.
The staff...while some of them try to be helpful and polite, other people are rude.
I had a situation with the lady supposed to be the client clerk. The second morning she was at the entrance of the restaurant at the breakfast time. I told her the room number and she said I had no breakfast. So, I started to explain that I have breakfast included and I already had it the day before. She started to argue,saying it doesn't appear on her list. I told her that it was not my problem and she should check with the reception and not argue with me like I'd lie, as is not the case. She wanted me to go to check at the reception and she told her colleague I'm a "maleducada". In the end, the colleague saved the day, as he called the reception and confirmed I have breakfast.

The room was spacious and nicely appointed. Breakfast and dinner were buffets, and the food choices were varied over the course of the week that we were there. They were good. The swimming pool was huge. There was an outdoor bar where one could order drinks, snacks and lunch items. There was entertainment every night. The hotel is on the beach and near the airport. The staff was helpful and friendly. English was not a problem.
My mistake was to rent a car. Navigating was a challenge. A taxi from the airport to the hotel was 20 Euro. Parking was 20 Euro per day. The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood, so there was not much else around it. There were a few beach restaurants within walking distance.
