Perfect position right on the beach. Great facilities and comfortable beds.
Check-in was hard because I didn’t know how to get into the parking lot. Other than that, it was great. If you pull into the parking lot, it will reach your license plate and let you in, but it does not have a sign that tells you that.

Great value for money. Spacy and stylish rooms. Great breakfast. Staff is very firendly. Great beach location.
The hotel is close to the airport. So you hear the planes during the day. At night I think Malaga airport does not operate.

Close to the airport. Good bar. Excellent breakfast. Nice view. Paddle tennis. Pool.
Noisy reconstruction. Pool opens at 11:00 which does not allow one night standers to enjoy it. Beach is ok, nothing romantic, but ok.

Very good breakfast and dinner, friendly stuff, bus and taxi always available.
No soundproof, you can hear almost all through the walls, as well as door.. There is a lot of echo in the corridors, it would not be bad to put a carpet in the corridors.

Pleasant
When there was an error of the room we were given they quickly moved us to the appropriate type of room. They insisted the error was through Booking.com information provided. Absolutely loved the seafood restaurant, directly behind the hotel on the beach.
Lack of options for meals in the facility elevator was broken off and on while were there causing back up Site was not as nice as I had anticipated

The cleaning lady cleaned the floor during our breakfast, when we came back to our room, the floor was still wet and slippery. That is not good!

Staff went above and beyond. Not a single staff member was rude, sulking or difficult; they were all super pleasant, even the manager introduced himself. There was a halloween party for kids which was a bonus, as well as a daycare thing where mine spent a couple of hours. The food was all good. Cant fault it really - hotel is a bit dated inside, but more than made up for that with the friendliness of the staff and the atmosphere. I tied a family break in with a bit of birding on the nearby wasteground and nature reserve and the hotel is generally away from the super busy city centre.
There was nothing about the hotel I didn't like.
