Location was great. Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable.

Central location
As it’s part of shopping centre and my stay included Black Friday and Xmas lights being turned on in city center, it was very difficult to get to it in the evening and practically impossible to find parking.

Location and the support staff. I had an item I had left at a previous hotel sent there and when I arrived they handed me my item right away without me asking
The room was a little small for 4 adults, but manageable.

Lovely, quiet hotel, very cozy room and comfortable bed. Spacious Room with all the amenities you need for two days stay. Excellent breakfast.
The hotel was very expensive given the service, which was excellent, but not over the top, certainly not worth the price.
