The breakfast was a wonderful surprise, the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, by far. Also wonderful was the offer at reception to accept a room in an affiliated 5-star hotel, for the same price, and with transportation, because they were overbooked. However, we chose to stay at this hotel, for proximity to the bus station, by which we would leave the next day.

Great breakfast, friendly helpful staff, pharmacy, grocery and full mall in the same building, and a quick walk to the train bus station. Bus stop is super close to take you to the beach and centro.

The hotel's location is excellent and makes it a perfect base for exploring Málaga. Several public bus stops are located nearby, providing convenient access to the city center, beaches, and other attractions. There are also plenty of cafés, bakeries, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. A particularly useful feature is the direct connection to the Larios Shopping Centre, making shopping and dining extremely convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very nice bathroom that included a bathtub and bathrobes. I also appreciated having both a coffee machine and a kettle in the room, which is something many hotels no longer provide. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay, and communication before arrival was clear and helpful. It was also convenient that the reservation was visible in the Meliá app. In addition, it was encouraging to see that the property has completed the Travel Proud training program.
The main drawback was the in-room entertainment. The television only offered traditional TV channels and did not include Smart TV functionality or access to streaming applications, which felt somewhat outdated for a hotel of this standard. The internet connection was generally usable but occasionally slow. Parking arrangements can also be a little confusing for first-time visitors, as parking is located within the shopping center and can be quite expensive. However, the hotel provides discounted rates, and free street parking is available during weekends. Guests arriving by car should also be aware that the hotel is located within Málaga's Low Emission Zone (ZBE). While this may not be an issue for many visitors, it can create uncertainty for international travelers who are unfamiliar with local access regulations and may not know in advance whether their vehicle is permitted to enter the area.

The breakfast is excellent, complete, buffet, fruits, cereals, coffee, eggs, ham, etc. The room are large and confortable, with a table, chairs, a little sofa, little fridge bar.
Cleaning service is kind of noisy on the floor and took from 10am till 5pm

Location, close to the old town and adjacent to a decent shopping center. The people in the reception are professional and helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious.
Internal soundproofing was not top. We could hear doors and windows closing (banging), while no noise was getting in from outside (window overlooking a busy parking).

The location was close to the bus terminal, the mall and the city center. It was pretty quiet, since the room was on the back side.
The bed was absolutely awful - The mattress was worn out and very uncomfortable, so were the pillows. It wasn't that clean, one day we even noticed that there was no housekeeping going on in our room. There was no option for AC, only hot air.

The staff were very helpful with directions to and from the Center of Malaga; catching train and taxi; and overall recommendations.
The breakfast area was quite small relative to the number of guests so we were very glad that we didn't prepay for breakfast. Likewise, the number of food options were few.

Central location
As it’s part of shopping centre and my stay included Black Friday and Xmas lights being turned on in city center, it was very difficult to get to it in the evening and practically impossible to find parking.
