Location was perfect. various bars of entertainment. outdoor pools freezing but option of the indoor was great! kids loved it.
we did breakfast only which was lovely. plenty of choice, nice set tables etc.
Room very very small. They squeezed extra bed in so not able to get in any bed from the side. nowhere to put case and leave open.
As we was on ground floor loud music heard from bar which wasnt ideal for my young children. Also cleaners very noisy every morning outside the room before 8am banging/ clattering about. No consideration for people sleeping. Mini disco was ok- put prefer all dancing rather than games. 1st night it was great done by a female all dancing. next 3 days it wasnt the same.
My daughter was out of the game straight away so sent off the stage (Age3) she was too young to understand the concept. Then never re joined after this as lost interest straight away which was a shame. so I think the games should be avoided as its about keeping them all entertained not singling some out of the entertainment.

Very close to all amenities. Wonderful breakfast but evening meal while there was plenty of food but as I dont eat pork it didnt suit me. More variety of different fish would be good. As we had friends in Don Pablo we eat there on alternate nights. Great to have the option to move between the two. We first stayed in Pablo over 40 years ago and the Pedro the following year. Great to revisit

The room and facilities were a good quality and kept clean. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the spa and outdoor pools.
Some of the staff at reception were a bit unfriendly/ unhelpful/ didnt have a good knowledge of facilities in the hotel. On a few occasions, we had to ask several times to get something sorted. (Some staff were great)
The room numbers/ locations are a bit confusing.

Staff very helpful and rooms clean and they made the best of the hotel they had even if it was a bit well worn in places.
I was on business in a holiday maker hotel to be fair and this hotel was there as it was cheaper than the posh hotel down the road. But it was noisy, room a little "tired" and well used, no AC (or it wasn't working), no free drinks (water or coffee making) in room. Also a bit over eager to clear your table as soon as you finished your last bite, almost rude in some cases. As a single if I left my table to get some more juice I would find my not finished breakfast cleared away. Sometimes you want to sit at the table and relax for 5 mins after meal before rushing off. To be fair it seemed to be the customery way in any nearby establishment.

We didnt end up with the room we had booked and had to resort to two single beds rather then a double so we could have a bath in our room.

I put towels on sun beds for myself and my daughter and 4 adults approached me and said I couldnt put my towels on them and thew them off just so they could sit there and they were very rude and horrible to me which was very upsetting

The whole experience started badly with the lady at receptions first words being you three big men wont fit in this room and laughed. Insulting. The room I had booked and paid for was a larger room with a double and 2 single beds, pool view and mini bar which she said was subject to availability. A booking should not be taken and money taken if the selection made on booking.com is not available. That is like me buying a bmw and arriving to pick it up and being handed a Ford Fiesta, false advertising. She said we had a double bed and single bed which we said was not acceptable we were 3 grown men out to play golf and would not be sleeping together. They offered no alternative but to split the double bed in the room, we even had to split the bed ourselves they didnt do it. There was no pool view or mini bar. Staff at reception were generally unhelpful throughout. On enquiring where to return the pool towel to the receptionist snapped not here and when asked again said leave it in your room, and then when asked about how I got the deposit back begrudgingly did it. I have pictures of the air con system dripping water through the ceiling and splashing clothes in our wardrobe, cracked toilet bowl, piece of tile missing on bathroom floor of Room 2121. The maintenance man took 2 hours to arrive to fix the air con, took 6 towels to dry the water. Totally disappointing experience. No English tv channels either, and towels on all beds from at least 7am with nobody on them.
