Clean modern room. Excellent location. Would recommend.
It was good for me. Breakfast option was in the cafe next door, but this is optional and I like the many local options on your door step.

Location, cleanliness, warm, 24 hour reception, staff.
When we arrived we were on 4th floor in attic, room was very small with only a roof window, we asked for different room, there was no problem, given a room on 1st floor and it was tiny, no wardrobe, no sunlight through window as it was frosted glass, closest I’ve ever been to wall of building next door thence frosted glass. Accessing shower was difficult as shower door up against toilet, if I was a stone heavier I would not have been able to get into shower.

Curtains on the windows would be good since there are only shutters on the outside of the windows .

A very convenient location. Right in the heart of the old town District. It made access to everything with them walking distance. Taxis were very available when needed. And the staff were very, very helpful and kind.
Although the rooms are small, they were comfortable. At times a bit noisy as people came and went. Overall, a very good stay.

Air con dumps cold air directly on top of bed.
Only one bin and that's in the loo.
No toilet brush and extraction fan either not working or not installed.
Offered a transfer service to airport which was twice the price of the taxi you can pick up at the taxi rank just outside the hotel.
Didn't have breakfast included in our stay but it looked rather grim from what we could see of it.

Great location, nice staff and 24/7 reception. Great pet-friendly package.
Breakfast in adjacent café not great - often cups, drinks and yogurt were not readily available and we had to ask multiple times to get them. Limited choice for breakfast and staff not particularly friendly. Our room was at the 1st floor directly on the street, which at night was super super super noisy (lots of buses passing there).

Great location, beautiful room with high ceilings & doors opening out onto a little balcony, it was clean & tidy with the reception always smelling great!
A little run down, there were scuffs/marks on the walls & chips in the bathroom sink. The walls were also a little thin, as we could hear people in the next room talking.

Location
The air con vents were opposite the bed and fanned cold air straight on to your face regardless of how you adjusted the controls. However, if you turned the air con off the room was too hot so overall we did not sleep well.
