value for the $$$. Location: walkable to waterfront, the river, attended dias de personas mayores celebration in the parque de Malaga, restaurants, gelateria, laundermat Complimentary Breakfast and excellent coffee next door! Safety: I am a woman travelling alone. I felt safe in the neighborhood. Convenience: There are always cabbies available outside the hotel, early in the am or late at night
Bathroom was very small, but cleaned daily well-equipped! I laughed that I could sit on the toilet and rest my head on the sink!

The property was clean, the staff were nice, but less than helpful.
The front desk receptionist did not know what the name of the street next to the building. In addition, they broke the handle to my suitcase, while storing before check-in. They didn't acknowledge or apologize.

The location was the only redeeming quality
The WiFi signal couldn’t reach my room so I had to go sit in the reception area to have functional internet. The staff was rude and unhelpful about it. Also the lighting in my room was atrocious, cool tone lighting that made me feel like I was in a garage. The bathroom vanity was chipped and stained. The door had a sign posted saying the rates were 500€ to 900€ a night, which made me worry about surprise charges. When I asked the staff about it, they said “it’s just information”. Why are they posting a price per day inside the room if that’s not what they’re charging? Also the idea that they are would charge hundreds of dollars per night for this room is laughable. What a dump

Big room. Great bed. Good building.
The Wifi in the room never worked. A card kept failing even tough it wasn’t close to a phone. Meals were included in the restaurant below which opens at 7:30. Limited options and service was not great. When we left early on trips was we got basic sandwich. So 2 out of 6 times the breakfast was meaning less. The room was expensive to begin with and when I changed the booking after I realized I booked the wrong month the hotel added extra 800 CAD to the booking. This came down to over 2,200 CAD for 6 nights. I tried contacting the hotel after I realized the mistake but due to lack of response I proceeded with the change and accepted the extra charges.

Location, cleanliness, warm, 24 hour reception, staff.
When we arrived we were on 4th floor in attic, room was very small with only a roof window, we asked for different room, there was no problem, given a room on 1st floor and it was tiny, no wardrobe, no sunlight through window as it was frosted glass, closest I’ve ever been to wall of building next door thence frosted glass. Accessing shower was difficult as shower door up against toilet, if I was a stone heavier I would not have been able to get into shower.

Curtains on the windows would be good since there are only shutters on the outside of the windows .

A very convenient location. Right in the heart of the old town District. It made access to everything with them walking distance. Taxis were very available when needed. And the staff were very, very helpful and kind.
Although the rooms are small, they were comfortable. At times a bit noisy as people came and went. Overall, a very good stay.

Street facing room very noisy. Ear plugs helped. Air con dumps cold air directly on top of bed. Only one bin and that's in the loo. No toilet brush and extraction fan either not working or not installed. Offered a transfer service to airport which was twice the price of the taxi you can pick up at the taxi rank just outside the hotel. Didn't have breakfast included in our stay but it looked rather grim from what we could see of it.

Great location, nice staff and 24/7 reception. Great pet-friendly package.
Breakfast in adjacent café not great - often cups, drinks and yogurt were not readily available and we had to ask multiple times to get them. Limited choice for breakfast and staff not particularly friendly. Our room was at the 1st floor directly on the street, which at night was super super super noisy (lots of buses passing there).
