You have to go to reception for check in which is located in different location for your room by car 10 minutes, it’s very noisy and not comfortable… also, you have to back to the reception to do check out and take the deposit… they request 150 euro for deposit… also, the way to the building is not good for baggage…

The location vas very good, and it was clean
Check in is done at a different location than where the apartment is, therefore, if you have bags, big suitcases, you will have to take to cabs to get to the actual property.

Spacious, clean and in a Great location
Shame we weren’t advised before confirming the booking and paying that we need to check in and collect keys at their central office in Malaga. Basically we then had to walk over half mile with all cases to the apartment. Most other operators offer an online check in and a key code to enter.
May have been a real problem for older folk to walk with cases so far in such temperatures.

Superb location, clean, spacious apartment.
When everything is going good you can tell who this guys are.
However when issues arise then you can judge and see what this people are about.
Like in our case they not only solve the problem they made us feel special by upgrading our rooms but gave us a second one for our daughter 14 which made her very exited.
So in the brief, this organization deserves a COMPLIMENT not a complain!!!

Location of apartment is really good
Unfortunately, our stay was not as comfortable as we expected. The biggest inconvenience was the key collection process – instead of being able to access the apartment directly, we had to walk 10 minutes to a different location to pick up the keys. After a long journey and carrying luggage, this was extremely frustrating. Most places nowadays use a smart lock or code system, which is much more convenient.
Another issue was the apartment itself. Booking.com showed an option with a loft, which we specifically chose, but we were given a different unit. Our window faced an inner courtyard with high walls, so the apartment was constantly dark and stuffy. Proper ventilation wasn’t possible, and it made the space uncomfortable. When we asked the property management to change the apartment, they refused.
Overall, the location is good, but these issues really affected our experience.

The location was fantastic but sadly this was the only upside.
1. The bathroom smelt like a disgusting drain the entire trip.
2. The room was not clean when we arrived, hair, jewellery, makeup stains and crumbs on the floor from the previous guests. There were finger print marks on all shiny surfaces and the entire room was grubby. The fridge, sofa and chairs were also unclean.
3. One roll of toilet roll was provided and minimal towels.
I complained about both items, they did try to address the cleaning however this was minimal as the cleaner was only equipped with a broom and a dry mop. I complained a further 2 times about the putrid drain smell from the bathroom and no help was provided other than stating this was coming from outside despite the room or out the balcony not smelling. After messaging about this issue, I gave up.
I have seen previous negative reviews where the hotel has suggested that visitors gave them another try to impress them, however I gave them multiple opportunities to address to impress and nothing was forthcoming. I would not recommend this hotel/apartment and I am horrified.
Such a shame as the location was perfect and the apartment has great potential. A clean room that does not smell is a minimum expectation. Especially since the hotel was not cheap!

Location is super and it's a spacious quiet apartment in the old town!
This is potentially exellent place, but needs desperately renovation. At least our room was very run down! And yes, I hardly never read messages from booking dot com because they send too much nonsens mails which are only fillig up the mailbox. This time it would have been good... reseption is 750m away from apartment!
