Location of hotel is great, looks nice, parking is small but avaliable at spot
Room walls are like paper, we could hear all people on our floor. Room near us man snoring was like he is in oir bed, even light talk goes through the walls like nothing. And facilitiee, every water flushing was heard through whole floor.
Very dissapointed in that part of the establishment

Staff was lovely! Paola even came outside to direct traffic briefly so we could park! Ada was so friendly we felt we had a new best friend. The room was comfortable and quiet
Parking was very limited and tight spots. The hotel entrance is so nondescript you aren’t sure you’ve arrived until you’re on top of it. Staff couldn’t keep up with breakfast demands

The location was great, the rooms are a nice size. It is a no frills hotel, but certainly worked well for what I needed during my stay in Malaga. For breakfast there was a good variety of foods including gluten free breads. They had meats, cheese, Spanish torta, cereals and breads.

The staff were very nice and responsive. The rooms assigned in the 3rd floor had an issue with the air conditioning and the rooms were extremly hot in a 95 degree wether. They didn't had staff to check the AC that day, as it was Sunday, so they brought us a fan to make it through the night. The next day they change us to another room, which was a suite with an additional AC console. I wish they had switch us to a different room the same night we arrived.
The location, was not as expected. It's about 15-17 minutes from Calle Larios and the area around didn't had much nice restaurants or bars. Also the area looked dirty and not well maintained. I selected the hotel, because it offers parking, but they have a super tiny garage, that was full and we had to park at a nearby parking lot (the hotel validated the ticket for a flat rate as a guest of 17 euros per night).

The location is great and the rooms are very clean.
The first night we were put in a small room where the AC wasn’t working. We barely slept because it was so hot and they could not switch our rooms (it was around 5 pm) because the cleaning staff had already left for the day. When we got our other room the day after it was much better

Great location. Daniel at reception was amazing - super friendly and eager to help. Room was really nice, got an unexpected upgrade.
AC wasn’t working that strong - was ok since not too warm outside but probably will be more of an issue during summer months.

Extremely friendly staff at the front desk - The gentlemen who checked us in was brilliant and gave us all sorts of help with tourism information; on check out - there was an issue with our hotel shuttle on the day of our departure but that was sorted promptly and with no issue by the woman at the desk, we only arrived 15 minutes later to the airport that expected and were happy
Soap in the bathroom wasn't filled up throughout our stay, had to use the one in the shower instead - we didn't make the reception aware of this, just decided to deal with it instead;
Air con was a bit on the slow side to cool down the room and keep cool at night - wasn't too much of an issue because we were in Malaga in May, but in Summer, might have been a different story.

The property was clean and the bed was comfortable
The customer service from reception was not great, terrible welcome when we arrived, had to wait for the person to finish what he was doing and he didn’t bother to tell us what facilities the hotel had. This hotel is advertised as 4 star but it is not. Our room needed a refurb. There were issues which we highlighted but they did the bare minimum. The funny thing was I highlighted the problems with the hotel on their survey whilst we were there which they say is not shared with staff. Within 30 minutes of sending they sent a cleaner who did not speak English and nothing to do with her either with some cake.

Very close to station for airport, good sized room very clean.
Great for a stop over but rather something more bespoke if I'm staying for more than 1 night
