Wonderful
The location is great, within walking distance of the city center. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent: fruits, veggies, different types of warm/cold dishes - everything tasty and fresh.
The only thing to mention is that we had to check in again at the registration desk, even though we had already completed the online check-in.

Wonderful
The location is great. It’s so close to the city centre and train and bus stations.
The staff are very friendly and they guided us well.
Rooms were spacious and nice.
They even sent me a birthday surprise.
The didn’t have someone to help with the bags, but otherwise fine.

Friendly staff, good location. Buffet breakfast standard as most Spanish hotels but good quality
Bathroom was big!
The rooms were outdated, the building was doing some construction and parking and fitness center was not available and those were the main reasons for what we chose the hotel

I really enjoyed the hotel’s location in historic Málaga — it was perfect for exploring the city. The rooftop pool and bar were great spots to relax and take in the views. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and a special mention to Belene from housekeeping, who was exceptionally kind and attentive.
There were a few things I didn’t like. The shower stall leaked, and the bathroom floor got wet every time I used it. The towels also seemed worn and a bit gray, which didn’t give a feeling of freshness or cleanliness. In addition, while Ana at the front desk was competent, I found her manner somewhat condescending and not very friendly. Fortunately, the other reception staff were much more pleasant and helpful.

Location was handy, close to old town. Staff provided a bottle of cava for my birthday which was a really lovely surprise!
Dipping pool really was just for dipping your body - not a swimming pool. It was also a very small area around the dipping pool with too few lounge beds and no parasols/shade. Room was a little sparsely furnished and lack of robes/extra towels made it difficult to feel comfortable. Restaurants were also both extremely expensive.

The only good thing was the location
Almost everything was awful, the bed was not comfortable, the ac was either freezing or not working at all, you could easily hear the nouse from other rooms and streets, the entertainment facilities was also awful, never gonna try this hotel again.

The location was wonderful for getting into the old city. I did enjoy the pool on the rooftop and the rooms were always very clean and everyone was very friendly.

Good location and easy access to the old town. Also had parking lot behind the hotel. We used our rental car to access the various beaches and drove to Alhambra for a tour.
Rooftop pool was small for the size of the hotel. Often no lounges were available. So off to the beach we went.

Location
Large hotel 140+ rooms over 7 floors And only 18 sun loungers all without sunshade for approximately 300 guests.. very very poor.. only 2 star rating

Room on the 7th floor which was only one elevator.
