Quiet and comfortable describes our room. Located in a great area, central to everything. Loved relaxing on the rooftop after a busy day of sightseeing. The view and drinks were amazing. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will book again in the future.

The decor was peculiar, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was in the city center. The room was very clean.
The bed was a but uncomfy, it was a bit inclined to the right if it makes sense.

Location and staff was really nice
Have stayed here almost everytime we stay in Malaga and this time it just felt tired. The lobby feels tired as did the room. Room was noisy as well. Think next time we will try something new. Sorry Valeria.
They used to have the best amenities (little journals, boxes of gummies, pens etc and that is all gone as well).

What did you like about the property?
Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Málaga’s old town, within a 5-minute walk to the main shopping street, museums, and directly by the beautiful marina with restaurants and a lovely handmade market. The hotel itself is stunning, very clean, and the rooms are beautifully designed with amazing views. What truly stood out was the attention to detail — I was welcomed with a handwritten note with my name, chocolates, and a hand fan, which felt very personal and thoughtful. The staff were exceptional, remembered my name, and everything I requested was taken care of even before I expected it. The rooftop pool and lounge area are also beautiful — perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, and enjoying drinks

The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the principal sites in Malaga. The hotel staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome, Including storing luggage for early arrivals prior to check in. Baya also helped us find a great chiringuito for dinner. Our inner courtyard facing room was pleasantly cool during the day which allowed for a great jet-lag nap after a day of exploring the city.
It seemed the carpet had been freshly shampooed and cleaned before our arrival and had not dried completely. We had to tiptoe around several wet soapy patches throughout our stay. After returning late at night from dinner, the room was unexpectedly warm and the thermostat controls were locked. We opened the window and went to sleep. We woke an hour later besieged by swarms of mosquitos, I sustained 9 bites myself. We closed the window and spent the next hour on a killing spree. Miraculously, the thermostat unlocked and we were able to cool the room and finally get some sleep.

Located near a lot of restaurants and things to see. Our initial check-in was very easy and the desk clerk was super helpful. The room was clean and had a nice balcony with a view of the fort and castle. The rooftop bar has even better views.

Was a great location within 10 minutes walk or less of key central Malaga points. Rooms well kept and funky . Appreciated the fresh bottle of water every day. House keeping did a great job - staff was very friendly and helpful when I had to do something like look for a microwave for my takeout.
Would have been nice to have a few more face towels per day but that’s just me nitpicking . I had emailed ahead mentioned it was for my birthday and would have been nice to have gotten a little note or treat to make feel special. Also had to spend time filling out information that was already on my Booking.com profile during my check in - being able to grab info already documented would have made for a more seamless experience- especially after a long day of travel
