Beautiful hotel in perfect location!
Clean with wonderful bar and maid service.
Unfortunately booking .com told us breakfast was included and it was confirmed on my confirmation email. Hotel said it is not included. Front desk Julia would not even bend for a coffee in the morning.
Booked this particular hotel because breakfast was included. Instead time was taken out of each day to go look for breakfast. Dont confirm if not included!!!!!!!

Located right on the square with everything available- restaurants and shopping! Right near the cathedral.
WIFI was not working- apparently change is coming - old buildings are a challenge
Make sure you are aware of location with your taxi or Bolt driver- Ours let us off at the wrong end - tell them it’s right by Victoria’s Secret

The hotel suite has two balconies facing the plaza with all the activities

Location, clean & comfortable room. I opted for the balcony room upgrade, which provided me a main street view. The insulation excellent; we couldn’t hear any street noise.
A minor point, but getting in and out of the bathtub was tricky. A grab bar would have come in handy.

This was our second stay at this property. We were upgraded to a suite for a nominal fee. The location of this hotel is excellent, the staff is very helpful, the suite was sizable and very comfortable, the amenities were very good. Would definitely choose it again. Great stay.

Clean room, great location, nice breakfast.
I am an 80 year old woman and was travelling alone. All went well at this hotel, nice room and breakfast, until I fell in my room hurting my knee badly on my second day. I had great difficulty walking and told reception that I had to go to a hospital. I was expecting a small amazon package. I had to walk very slowly in the pedestrian streets to a taxi. I returned from the hospital to find that, when delivery of my package was attempted, it was refused by the woman who appeared to be in charge of reception claiming that "they had rules" and could not accept packages. Considering my fall in their hotel, and knowing that I was in the hospital as a result thereof plus my incapacity walking, and that I would return to the hotel after my hospital visit, her not accepting my package was not just poor customer service, it showed a marked lack of humanity. The rest of the staff were very nice but she would make an excellent prison warden. I left that hotel ASAP but was not able to locate my package.

Definitely a very good location right in the central.
Good customer service that was 24/7 which makes things pretty convenient and easy if there was something that you needed
Can’t get very noisy at night. It’s right on top of bars and restaurants.

Location was great for getting around the city. We walked everywhere.
Bathroom was a little dated and worn. The toiletries was very bad. The shampoo was so harsh my hair was like straw after using it. Very hard to get enough shower gel from the bottles for a decent wash. My advise is bring your own.

The location was perfect. It was on a beautiful street with lots of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions nearby.
The hotel itself was quiet and very relaxing. We had breakfast each morning and enjoyed choosing from a wide variety of options.
