The location was just great! Right next to the cathedral and walking distance of 10 minutes from most touristic spots!
We new the room is very simple and there are shared bathroom. Anyway the bathroom was in very bad condition- broken tube, molded silicon..even when the service was cleaning it properly each day, it was not very pleasant to take the shower there. Also the windows were not protecting from the loud noises of the street.

I liked the position mostly because it was basically in the center and pretty cheap too
The stairs we had to go through in order to access our room which made it kinda tiring because we were on the 3rd floor (out of 4 or something). Another thing was that in the afternoon it was pretty hot still even if it was in mid September and we only had a small fan that plugs into the outlet which was nice only for the morning or night time (though it was kinda cold in those periods so didnt really need it). We had to also keep the balcony open for air. I would have preferred AC. Lastly,I thought we would have a private bathroom, which would have been better,but I didnt mind at the end of the day.

Disappointing
The location. Right in the old city center, closed to every attraction. There is a refrigerator which is really helpful for the hot weather.
The manager (maybe the owner) was so rude. After wasting an hour waiting for uber, we finally reach the address. He was so rude, didn’t even what to listen to my explanation, and kept criticizing me. I didn’t check my email, that was true, but I told him my arrival time… Anyway couldn’t accept the rudeness. The facilities are very basic. One chair was broken and we had to fix it

Clean and big rooms. Despite sharing the bathroom it was always clean.
Location (but at the same time this is a con as the area tends to be noisy)
If you are arriving after 20:00 make sure you write to the manager so you get the instructions to get your keys.
Be patience as they might approach in a rude way (at least this happened to me)
Location is good/bad: In the center, hence close to everything but very noisy

The location is perfect. All attractions are nearby.
The bathroom was sometimes blocked and flooded from the shower. Some guest do not know how to behave.

Building itself is nice, the location is very practical, the staff was very helpful, making the bed during stay, the price was incredibly low.
The kitchen equipment is not working, the doors of the rooms are thin as paper, lock of the room is not secure, the mattress is u-shaped and needs replacement, no night light to read in bed, bathroom needs to be renewed. They should fix the problems and charge more and this facility would be excellent.

Nothing, we didn't get accommodation, even though I had already paid for it, we had to book another hostel. I definitely don't recommend this place. The man at the reception (I don't know if he was the owner of the hostel or just an employee, he seemed more like the owner to me) was a very unpleasant man. He wanted to see and copy all the details from my credit card, and when I refused because it is very sensitive information, he told me that we would not get accommodation. I showed him the payment confirmation from my bank and the confirmation from the booking, but he wasn't interested. Please read the reviews on Google about this accommodation before you pay for it.

Location is actually different to what’s shown on booking.com (not too far away, still central though)
Ridiculously loud every night, windows need to be replaced and double glazed. You will be woken up every night
