The location in the heart of the city center was extremely convenient, yet the hotel offered a quiet refuge for resting or remote working when needed. The staff has been extremely helpful and a pleasure to interact with. Breakfast buffet selection very extensive and fresh, even with a few day-to-day variations during the same week!
The price was a bit on the expensive side, but was still worth the convenience and overall experience. Wifi quality and speed could be improved: I think they are sufficient for tourists and leisure stays, but are underperforming if you need to work remotely while staying.

Location couldn't be better. Located right in the square - everything is close by. Five minutes walk to everything. Many cure little cafes in the vicinity.

Location. Friendly staff
The family room is not suitable for toddlers, despite supplying their ages. Bathroom door is a swing door and doesnt lock. The bunks are way too high to use for toddlers and with metal pins sticking out on the inside (to fold the beds away) which they could have badly scratched themselves on. The bottom bunk had a light fitting sticking out of the wall near the pillow, also a hazard. Lots of weird box panels at floor level throughout the room which the toddlers could use to step up. Nothing was out of their reach. No shelves in the bathroom to put toiletries etc. more hassle as needed to keep them out of little hands. Shower in first room flooded the bathroom due to blocked drain. Both toddlers slipped and hurt themselves.couldnt keep them out of the bathroom as door didnt lock. Second room, the sink plug got stuck, had to empty with a glass. The shower head had to be hand held when in use as the wall fitting was broken, hard when also trying to keep a toddler stood upright in the shower. Bedside wall lights in both rooms scarily loose, possibly due to the box step underneath which enabled the toddlers to step up to investigate them. No remote for aircon. Decor and maintenance badly need attention. Burger bar next door, smell lingers in the hotel lobby.

The reception staff were great, really friendly. The room & bathroom were a good size & had everything you needed. The hotel itself was spotless. The staff at breakfast were also great & the breakfast selection was good quality & varied. The location of the hotel was easy to find & central to all of Malagas main tourist areas.
