Wonderful
24/7 reception, kind staff, very clean, soap, gel and shampoo included, location (a few minutes walk from the main bus/train station), 3 minutes walk to the metro line that takes you right to the airport so perfect for early morning flights.
The furniture is a bit old but that was expected.

The room was very clean, the staff was nice and the location is really good. 10 minutes walk from the city center and in a street with many restaurants, close to 2-3 shopping malls.
I had to ask for bigger pillows, but even they were not as comfortable as I would like, but at least I could sleep through the night.

Honestly I don’t understand how management are thinking or reception staff They gave me room next to reception number 8 I can hear each movement and each voice, As well I can hear each voice from street I paid per night 111 euro, I do believe the reception staff when I checked in look to my passport as Syria and he decided to give such a bad room But as advised they have to cancel it

Perfect location for a very reasonable price, very clean, super helpful and friendly staff. The accommodation is basic but comfy and clean, and it is just few minutes away from the center by foot. Also, if you book online any touristic tours, the pickup points, including the Hop on-Hop off bus will be very close, within a walking distance from this hotel.

Disappointing
The pension was close to the train station and therefore easily reachable. It was clean and decent, with 24/7 reception.
The room we stayed in had very bad sound isolation - the windows, which were single glazing, didn't properly close so the sound from the street was really loud throughout the night. Even though the pension is located on a small street, you could hear cars from the nearby road and garbage collection through the night - sounded like being in the midst of construction works....
