The breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety and a nice gluten-free corner including bread, pastries, and even a dedicated toaster – the first hotel where I’ve seen this. The location is also excellent, very central and convenient for exploring Malaga.
The family room was extremely small. Once we opened our luggage, it completely blocked the entrance corridor and there was no other space to place it. With both the double bed and sofa bed open, there was hardly any room left to move.
When I mentioned this at reception, the staff simply said all family rooms are like that, showing little empathy or willingness to help.
Check-in was slow (around 30 minutes) and no useful information was provided (breakfast hours, city attractions, etc.). The minibar was never refilled during our 5-day stay, and while cleaning was done daily, it wasn’t very thorough. Overall, we felt we paid too much for what was offered.

The location is perfect. Alex was pretty helpful, and the facility was in the newer building. The room was impressive.
During the night I spent there, there was a party at the back end that looks like a church or a place where people have music or something. It was crowds of people joining at night until late, and then next day in the morning, the same happened with a complete party and an orchestra that was all inside the room even though the windows were closed. Just like I've got a free ticket for the event from my room :)

Our stay at this hotel was delightful. We were greeted by friendly staff from the very beginning. The check-in process was quick and simple. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. There was a wide assortment of choices for breakfast. The location was centric, and it was very convenient.

We went to Malaga for 4 days and our stay was fantastic.
The room was clean, they had a great blow dryer, slippers, bathroom for your use. They stopped at our room daily in the afternoon gave us bottled water and a treat. On another day we were given fresh smoothie drinks.
Ar the desk Rafa made our stay so pleasant giving us important information about the town where we can go etc. He was very helpful and welcoming.

Overpriced hotel with mold in our room. When we checked in, we found trimmed hairs in front of the mirror which we had to get the maids to come clean.
The AC was so low and made the room really humid. On the last day, I found mold around one of the vents (picture attached).
Google Maps shows a river next to the hotel, so I got a room with a view. In reality it’s a dried up creek filled with lots of rats. People would stand on the nearby bridge and watch/record them.
This felt like a 3 star hotel that charged way too much for what you get.

Good proximity to old town center but yet not inside it, which means you don't have to drive through those narrow and messy streets. The parking was spacious and fit most SUVs and larger cars. We finally have a hotel with real sensible temperature control A/C (most are either non-responsive or too cold). Room size was great as well!

There were homeless people directly below our balcony doing drugs and making a lot of noise into the early morning hours. It was impossible to get any sleep.

Hotel superb. Decor fabulous. In house restaurant good, as Nd fair prices. Buffet breakfast the best I have had anywhere,ever!! Even when busy everything smooth,very efficient. Tables cleared promptly. All staff courteous. Location for all Málaga has to offer is exceptional. Will definitely return here.
