Very modern and clean. Rooms were spacious and basic. Breakfast selection was very good and they kept it replenished even right to the end. I find sometimes close to the closing time there is little selection left this wasnt the case. Car park on site was easy and convenient for us. It is 18 for 24hrs. We didnt get to use to gym or pool during this stay so could not comment.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and don't feel the need to consider any other options in Malaga. I usually stay for a night at the beginning and/or end of a visit to my vacation home an hour's drive away to be closer to the airport. The location, just at the Western edge of the old town, allows for easy parking and airport access while also being a short walk away from Atarazanas, Calle Larios, SOHO, etc. The bar is a bit pricey but does a good job. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are comfortable, clean and updated, with pleasant city views. What's more, during Carnival the staging area for the parade is right at the hotel entrance!

The location was perfect, easy walking to many of the Malaga sites. The room was exceptional, we were lucky to have a corner deluxe room with a large balcony, staff very good and breakfasts were delicious.

There was a huge range of food to choose from. It was well-presented and topped up regularly. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Tables were spaced well and cleared immediately they were vacated.

Disappointing
the room was nice. It was little dirty and there was a lamp that didnt work, but okay. The gym was nice.
The person in the reception as we checked in was so rude and unwelcoming. They provided no service or kindness, I had sent questions when i made the booking, none of which they had responded to, and the room we had booked was not available. The person clearly did not care if i had a good stay. I would not have expected that from a hotel like this. I made this clear to the person and they did not do anything to remedy the situation.

The hotel is well- located, a short walk from the old town. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of options, and the bar is a pleasant place to have a drink. I found the beds to be very comfortable.
There was a lot of street noise both nights which kept me awake even with earplugs in. If you're a light sleeper ask for a quiet/high room.

On arrival we were impressed with the overall feel of the hotel. It was pristine and we were made to feel very welcome by staff.
Rooms were spotless clean and bed very comfortable. Shower was excellent. Overall we were delighted with our rooms. The hotel even left a birthday cake for my niece who was 21. Nice touches were also a new bottle of water each day and if you didnt want your towels changed the hotel gave a voucher for a free drink.
We had a great stay so struggle to find anything negative. If I had to pick something id say the outlook wasnt great. We were in block 2 and overlooked roof tops.
