The hotel was very nice and ideally located for viewing the processions, making it a perfect base during Semana Santa.
The bed was quite soft, which unfortunately left me feeling achy each morning.

We were extremely impressed with the hotel. Staff were wonderful, Beds were very comfortable and the morning buffet was wonderful. The location of the hotel is central to the old town so we could not recommend this hotel higher than the scores allowed. If your interested in visiting Malaga, its peolple and sampling a multitude of flavors from around the world you are in for a treat! We will always stay here and we will be back many times in the future.

Great location and friendly staff. Rooms are nice, good size and very comfortable beds.
The parking valet is a lovely touch.
No coffee in room
Bar closes very early - couldn't get a cocktail at 11pm

The hotel was really beautiful, its location was excellent and literally close to everything. Also, the staff were great and very helpful, and the hotel was clean with excellent service. On the downside, the pool was quite small and the breakfast was relatively expensive for what it offered

Hotel room was great, super clean, they had nice view rooftop bar, great location.
There was nothing to complain besides the limited parking issue, but staff is very helpful they guide you through if there is no parking at their property

Location. This is best hotel have. Just in the old town - allows yoiu to sightseen not loosing time for getting there.
Well, not to be snobb - but some things in dry bar were having expiration date a month ago and when marking it ti reception we got just "sorry" and item replaced. Other items we havent shown to them remained on place with exparation date padt away.

The hotel is in a perect location for exploring everything. It was all spotlessly clean. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely too. Roof top bar was lovely but in November we didn't stay there long.
staff in bar were not helpful. they weren't busy but we were ignored, When I went to ask for a menu, the man was so rude. He wouldn't give it to me, he walked me back to my table to tell me that in this hotel it was all table service. He was very rude

Great front desk staff. Room was large and comfortable, and very quiet despite over an alley with restaurants. Excellent location within 5 minutes of the cathedral, Alcazaba, the public gardens and harbor. Prompt and helpful with parking. Rooftop terrace has wonderful views of the harbor in the mountains.
Tricky to reach by car—GPS took us through the pedestrian area—so it is necessary to get the driving directions from the hotel. The elevators are small and slow at peak times—we were happy to be able to use the stairs to reach our room on the first floor.

Best breakfast, comfortable beds and pillows, rooms are a bit small, but bathroom makes up for it. Lots of storage in clever wall unit.
Parking is off-site.
