Disappointing
Location
Very small,basic room for price charged. Twin Beds very narrow and short. I am 6ft 1 in and barely fitted. If you are 6ft 4in and 250 lbs you are in trouble. The front desk said coffee, tea and water were a welcome gift and not replenished. Wont retur

Great location - handy for the city, and walking distance to a taxi rank for the airport.

The location is very central. The room was clean. The balcony was a bonus.
The staff were dismissive: unhelpful and unwelcoming - ignoring you if possible.
Despite emailing ahead regarding my dietary requirements, this was ignored, and no alternative food was provided for breakfast - I just had bread & jam.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel itself is in the middle of the historic centre without being noisy due to its location on a side street.
The breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was tasty too.
The room itself was in a modern design and offered some treats like tea and coffee. The bathroom had a really nice shower.
The room itself was too small for my taste and the price was too high for what you get. Even the promised view of the bell tower didn't work out too well because the room was on the first floor.

Great location and modern. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. The restaurant attached to hotel offered good value for money breakfast.
Room facing a wall so room quite dark. The room was a bit cool used duvets at night. Was unable to get a snack at lunch time only offered meals had to go elsewhere.
