The room cleaning was terrible. They didn't clean the room at all, they just changed the towels. They brought a broken iron. They didn't leave drinking water in the room. They didn't change the glasses.

We stayed one night at the Hotel Malaga Nostrum. The young lady at the front desk for both check in and departure was Ariandra (my spelling may be off).
She was always pleasant, smiling and helpful. We speak very little Spanish and her English is excellent. Ariandra went above and beyond her hotel responsibilities.
This was our first trip to Spain from the USA. We had walked over 500-kilometers (300+ miles) on the Camino de Santiago.
While in Santiago, we used Correos to ship some gifts to small grandchildren in the UK.
The package hadn’t been delivered. We had used tracking on the Correos website to find out why over the past 15-days, the package hadn’t been delivered. We tried asking at a small post office in Nerja (the employ was not helpful) and sent an email directly to Correos.
With no answers, we asked Ariandra for help. She called Correos and resolved the situation. She is an amazing young lady and memorable employee.
The hotel was clean, the room had all of the things you might need, had an adequate breakfast, a great restaurant with friendly staff and a lovely quiet rooftop pool.
We returned our rental vehicle to the airport the day we arrived at the hotel, took a taxi back and again returning to the airport the next morning.
The taxi fare was about 20€ each way. The total cost was much less than an additional day of car rental.
Ariandra called us a taxi and it arrived within minutes.
If we ever have to stay near the Malaga airport again, we will definitely stay at Hotel Malaga Nostrum.

Location/views/very clean
The host should consider providing basic necessities- tissues and paper towels would have been very helpful. After traveling no one has time or energy to immediately go to a store and purchase. Some guests on decks/balconies were very loud on extended phone conversations to the point we could not enjoy the deck at that time.

Beautiful hotel, very modern. rooftop pool and bar don’t hurt either?
Staff was a bit cold. Rather not be bothered. They showed love to theirs though. Maybe I’m from the wrong side of the train tracks if you know what I mean.

My sister and I had a wonderful time. The staff are friendly and approachable. Mariana and Roseo were wonderful with us. They are kind and helpful.

We truly had the best time of ourives. The food was great and affordable. The cook and servers were excellent. We will treasure this stay. Will be back soon

Unbelievable value for the money. Lovely large room . Super clean. Big shower and large bathroom. Quiet. A great restaurant on site and we had a very nice dinner. Got a wakeup call on time and the taxi they arranged for us was there at exactly 5:30am for our ride to the airport which took 10 minutes. Excellent experience on all levels. Super friendly staff.
I have nothing negative to say about our experience.

Bathroom in our room had glass wall between the main room and bathroom and door to the bathroom was glass as well so you had no privacy while using the washroom. Also the actual shower had no door
