The staff and nice facilities
I think the air freshener they used throughout the hotel.And in the rooms for cleaning is extremely strong smelling. The fragrance was very strong in my room, I had to open a window to air it out

It's an ok hotel. It's semi-high-end. It tries. It's a little older but well-maintained. The style reminds me of what was considered high end and cool a few years back. Nice restaurant. Only stayed a night passing through so no comment about the area; it's in an industrial park so not exactly touristy - note it's really the hotel for the casino it's attached to.
The room I was in had two doors to get to it, that door could have been removed. I feel like I overpaid but it was last minute.

The room was very comfortable. What I liked the most though was the restaurant, a hidden jewel. Incredible dorada with amazing service.
The location is really not the best.

I chose this location as it was close to the car rental place, & the airport. Plus it had street parking & paid parking, which for me was important. I didn’t want to have to find a separate garage & then have to walk with my luggage to check in when arriving in the evening time. Beds were comfy & staff was super friendly. It was great for what I needed it for & the price was reasonable. Rooms were clean. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Spain.
I only stayed one night. So I didn’t get a chance to really explore anything else on the property

There was a place outside playing techno music till 4am and volume was so loud we couldn't sleep.

The room cleaning was terrible. They didn't clean the room at all, they just changed the towels. They brought a broken iron. They didn't leave drinking water in the room. They didn't change the glasses.
