Very convenient location. A large, comfortable, clean space, with all the essentials. Two particular highlights: an incredibly comfortable sofa bed and one of the best showers I've tried.
Pleasant and responsive managers.
The key system is quite convoluted, it requires an app on a phone and I nearly gave up on the booking. I wish they would use keys /key cards or even just door codes.
It's a little noisy at night, but I can't blame the accommodation as it does come with staying in a central location.
We had one issue: a very loud fire alarm went off in the middle of the night in the building. We were all woken up and left to wander what was going on for a good half hour. It was turned off without explanation. We were left to wonder whether it was safe to go back to sleep!

Location is absolutely perfect, apartment is well maintained and very comfortable. Huge terrace is a massive bonus!Staff is really helpful and responsive!

Location is good. Easy access to many locations in Malaga.
They have so many unique process to collect money. It makes me very uncomfortable, like pay all the rent outside of booking.com and also deposit outside of booking.com - the only place in my whole trip to collect deposit. Their POS machine does not work. I end up had to withdraw cash from the banking machine and pay with cash. Also the room is not very clean.

Location was excellent
We booked this accommodation as it had a washing machine and drier but on arrival we didn't have one.
When we quiered this we were told an error had been made our accommodation should not have stated it had these items when it did.
Very misleading information which is wrong.

Location of the flat was perfect, center of Soho, close to shops and restaurants. 15 minutes walk to 2 major beaches around, 10-15 minutes to Alcazaba medieval fortress. The accommodation was nice, clean and cozy, the bonus is the big terrace, to enjoy a drink on a hot evening. The air conditioning is doing its magic to keep you cool while outside is boiling hot.
The flat comes with basic needs in the kitchen, cups, mugs, plates etc. Plenty of towels of different sizes.
For new guests, I suggest to buy a shampoo and shower gel from duty free before check in, the host is not providing with these small but essential things.
Other than that nothing bad I could say.

The location is excellent in Malaga Soho above La Deriva wine bar . It is quiet even though on busy street . A good size apartment especially when only 2 of you . Comfortable, modern decor , good bed linen and towels . Good hot shower .
The whole process was stressful . I’d seen this on previous reviews but when I asked the question before making a booking was told it would be fine . I’ve never experienced anything so cumbersome on booking.com before . You have to pay 50% in advance but this is not as simple as booking.com taking payment from credit card details … you have to complete a payment form using which is in Spanish ( no translation ). I noticed ( fortunately) that the amount I was being charged was more than the full amount !!! I sent a message and received a reply ‘sorry got it wrong ,’ I then received another payment request which was for 50%. A few days before I received the request for the final payment which I made . I then received a message to say I had not done this and I should check my bank statement. I duly did so and , sure enough , both payments had been taken . I pointed this out . Next to apartment access . I received a message to download an app which was the method of opening the door to the apartment. I downloaded this .( I don’t know what happens if you do not have a smart phone )? A member of Life apartments met us . He was very helpful. He sent us a WhatsApp message and checked that this worked in order to open the door .
I found it concerning that what would happen if you forgot your phone ??? There is a keypad on the door handle but this wasn’t explained and I don’t know if it is a manual override . Returning late at night I don’t know if we’d have been able to get hold of anyone. Worth checking about this if you are planning to stay there . Check in is also online with passport info etc . I did this OK then, on second day of stay , received a WhatsApp asking for it then a follow up message saying , sorry got it ; there’s something wrong with the app . This made me more anxious : that there were problems with the app : what would happen if it was midnight and the app failed to admit access to the apartment?

Great location, with lovely terrace. Very comfy bed which is important for us these days. Everything was within walking distance, including metro to airport, which is very close and also the main train station is very close. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The location is good .
Everything is very wasted and old . They made us to trough away the garbage by ourselves, there were not enough toilet paper. They charged us 25€ per night for a small dog
