Do Not Stay Here! They are clearly paying for fake reviews. This was not a hostel at all it was a slum. It was filthy because of the clients they let stay there. They allow long term stays that act very entitled over the building.
I had multiple incidents with other guests and when I brought up my problems with the owner he said “that’s just how hostels go” I’ve been a full time traveling nomad for 5 years and have stayed in 100s of hostels. This is one of the worst and poorly run I’ve seen and it’s strictly because of the owner and how he runs this slum.
BEDBUGS!! After leaving I realized I have bedbugs!
The staff also got very confrontational when I brought up my issues and tried to cancel the rest of my stay. I ended up having to pay for another place in the city because this place was just uninhabitable.

Very Poor
Absolutely nothing, its disgusting, there are people living there long term. My room was filthy with other people’s crap everywhere. There isn’t even a place big enough for you to lock your belongings. When telling the staff of this issue they responded “It’s a hostel thats how they are,” which I’ve never stayed in a hospital as disgusting as this one.
Everything, the atmosphere feels like you’re in the backrooms of the most terrifying place on earth, the shower head isn’t even attached to the wall you have to hold it while you shower and its gross, the entire vibe of the place is scary. It’s just a building with bunkbeds in it, it is not a hostel. It is not friendly, welcoming, the staff are not helpful and they allow long term stays. Also it’s about a 25-30 minute bus ride into the city center. I don’t know how they have good reviews, I highly recommend never staying here.

Quiet and close to the beach!
The showers were a little dark and awkward but nothing really problematic. I made sure there

A very chill place. Very clean and usefull kitchen, nice spots to chill on the roof. Very close to the beach and public transportation.
The downsides are noise from the road - it's quite busy. There are double windows and also - earplugs, so I guess it's no big deal. Mattresses could be better. All in all I definitely recommend and hopefully come back one day. Cheers

Wonderful
Nice location out of downtown. Relatively quiet. Interesting neighborhood. Building pleasant with large roof terrace and a few smaller patios. Beds were superb with nicest bed clothes I have experienced and curtains, lights, electrical outlet. Hostel staff "sparkplug" Johnny took good care of me. Clean premises.

I had a fantastic experience at this hostel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to give great tips about the city. The facilities were super clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a great common area to relax and meet people. The location is perfect — walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants and cafes. I felt very safe and welcomed throughout my stay. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Málaga!

The dorm beds had curtains and were very comfortable. Hostel overall was pretty quiet and the location was just far enough out of the downtown area while still being in a very fun neighbourhood. Johnny was an amazing manager who was kind and friendly when we crossed paths.
There weren’t any shelves in the showers to put shampoo/conditioner/etc. The wifi was also spotty at a few points.

Very Good
Great location with plenty of shops and restaurants near by.
Close to the beach.
Easy access to Malaga via bus or if you can walk.
Clean and fresh.
Room was ok, loved the balcony. Bed had own light, socket and curtain for privacy. However though the room had a mirror it was hard to use it due to poor location of one of bed units.
Hair dryer in room but no spare plug sockets, and you can’t dry your hair in front of mirror due to bed being in way.
Disliked: Despite the bathrooms clearly stating for which gender I was shocked to find an older male using the female bathroom.
Signs stating kitchen out of use after certain hours but this was not followed.
Signs need to be in a different colour as some hard to read due to colour of text.
Also minor point - on ladies bathrooms would be good if you could spell ladies correctly!

Wonderful
Great staff (a lady gave me an umbrella, when it was rainy, and a spear blanket, when I was cold, kandies ar registration desk), great kitchen, very good location - transport - 2 min to walk.
Smell in the bathroom could be better - probably walls and doors also should be cleaned more often. Lighting in the shower cabins could be better.

Good
Staff were fine and the hostel is quite clean. Location is quite near to the beach and a quick bus ride in to city centre.
The kitchen has no oven, just a stovetop, which isn't ideal. I was switching hostels in the afternoon and they also only allow you to store your bags past check-out time (11:00 AM) if you pay €10 for a locker.
