PRO: - very friendly front desk staff. - clean room upon arrival - has paid washing machines. - close to airport about 13 to 15 euros with Uber - decent shower. - reasonably close to metro. - extension cord to charge your phone next to you bed
- bad airco, it cools but is still warm. I asked the front staff but she said it is the case in the entire hotel. - they don't clean the room. - staff at the breakfast does NOT know if certain foods contain certain allergens. And does not seem interested to find out. But says she thinks it does not contain. But "thinking" it might not have is not helping me in the hospital. Or was she thinking I could try myself to find out? Then just say you don't know. - indoor breakfast room has no chairs with armrests and backrest. Only outside in the smoking area, but was too hot.

Wonderful
Friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms, clean bathroom, air conditioner. And we bought breakfast which was actually quite good (and only for 9 euros). And we liked that there was possibility to park a car safely (extra cost, but still).
Rooms were very basic and little bit old, but they were doable. Other things okay.

It was further from the airport than anticipated, since it is called “Airport Ibis”.

The location was perfect. Not too far from restaurants, public transportation, and shops
The A/C did not work well, and the window would only allow it to barely open

Location
Air-conditioning was not working on rooms across the floor. In Spanish heatwave - we were in a deep hot room. It destroyed our entire trip as my family was totally sleepless.

Pleasant
Both location and staff are good-
The problem we faced was that the room was super hot (we stayed on the highest floor), we could barely sleep due to this issue. AC was not strong enough.
