Wonderful
The room was small but very comfortable. There was only a hassock in lieu of a chair but for us no chair was a VERY minor inconvenience. The breakfast choices were plentiful and the coffee was very good. As to location, we found we could walk to wherever we wanted to go including the bus pickup location for a tour of the Alhambra. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.
I can't think of anything other than the aforementioned chair.

The staff were exceptionally nice. There was a comfortable family room to gather where they provided snacks and teas. The location was great. We were able to walk to the different meeting points for our tours.
Our unit did not have enough water pressure to take a shower. Other family members in a different unit said the pressure wasn’t great but they were able to shower.

Location is perfect. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Room was big enough to fit a family of 4, and beds were so comfy.
Breakfast had very few options.
(Not the hotel’s problem) Tricky to arrive there by car, as Google Maps is not able to route inside the city center.

Location
Bathroom integrated into the bedroom. There was only a translucent panel separating the bedroom from the toilet. One would see a person seated on the toilet. The solution was one spouse to leave the room. Sink did not have a cabinet only a small ladder was placed on the side to place toiletries. Everything kept falling on the floor. Very annoying. In short, a room made for instagram pictures and not for the guests’ comfort. On top of that terrible internet. We had to use roaming and pay fees to be online.

Great location for exploring Malaga.
Everything was clean and the rooms were well equieped.
I appreciate the afternoon tea area.
Breakfest was decent but the staff felt cold and distant. It gets quite roudy in the night with locals walking home after a night out. I recommend earbuds if you sleeping in room thats overlooking the street as i was.

The tea setup in the lobby was lovely, the tea delicious. But it would be nice to have cups available without having to beg for them each time.

The property is beautifully maintained and clean, rooms are tastefully decorated and well equipped.
PARKING: The recommended parking is awful. Even though it is being made available to hotel guests at a discounted price I don’t believe it is worth it as it has very tight and often geometrically impossible parking spots, it is in poor conditions and most importantly, does not have an elevator which is a crucial detail if you have luggages. Driving to the hotel to pick up your companion and luggages is not an option either as the hotel is located within the Limited Traffic Zone of Malaga’s historic center.
I would recommend parking at Aparcamiento La Alcazaba which is nearer to the hotel and is a city operated public parking with good security, elevators, and much more spacious parking spots.

Price was ridiculous and the room was very small and had no external window. The internal window looked out into brightly lit elevator. We felt very upset with it all

The proximity to city center and beach
The things that I didn't like are:
1. We were a family of 5 and they gave us 2 rooms in two different floors and the kids had to stay away from us
2. My room had a sink inside the room so if my wife or I are using it, it annoys the other person in the room
3. The cleaning service was good, yet one day I came back to my room and found my PJs on the floor which was really odd!
4. The most annoying part was when my wife and kids were outside and when they came back the hotel was totally closed and they tried knocking on the door for 3 minutes without response and then finally some personnel opened the door and then the receptionest showed up and said he was in the toilet and he had to lock the door for that reason which again was odd since that's not usual when someone has to go the toilet (which is a human right) that they lock the door instead of asking someone to stay in their place
