I highly recommend staying at this hotel! The biggest advantage of the property is its excellent location – everything was close by, which made sightseeing incredibly easy. Additionally, having a taxi stand right outside the hotel was extremely convenient.
The room was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The view of the castle from the balcony was breathtaking, both during the day and in the evening. The fantastic view from the rooftop terrace also provided wonderful memories. To top it all off, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and experienced.
We also loved that there were three types of pillows with different firmness levels on the beds.
The only downside was the sleeping.
Despite booking a double bed, we were given two single beds pushed together. During the night, not only did the mattresses slide apart, but the entire bed frames moved as well, which was quite bothersome.

Great location between the beach/harbor area and the old town. Very nice onsite restaurant with good service. Close to cafes.
Some difficulty adjusting the A/C so we were cold the first night. Finally turned it off.

Excellent location between the beach and old town next to plaza de toros. Beds were very comfortable and the size of the room was very good.
There should be drying rack on the balcony and a little bit of refreshment.

Fantastic location. Close to the beach and the bay area. The room and the bathroom area is big. Balconies have nice view. You can also get to the top floor and watch bull arena fights. The staff was exceptionally warm and friendly.

The location was wonderful-close to the Alcazaba and Castillo. Easy to walk to the center (museums, restaurants and bars) as well as to the beach and port. The breakfast was good and staff was very professional and friendly. Walking through the park was also a plus each day.
A room with ocean view, but we knew we had a view of the castle/mountains so it was fine.

You had to get up in the early morning to reserve sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, otherwise you will need to lye down on the sand. Lots of stones and pebbles when you enter water.

We wound up booking here last minute because our other accommodations fell through. We liked the strong ac, and the bathtub, and the balcony, and the elevator. It was next to the park and the ruins and 2 blocks from the beach.
We booked 2 rooms, and one of them really smelled like sewer. We were on the 4th floor, but the bathtub there filled up with smelly greenish water. We went down to the front desk and asked for help with it, they kept sending up a few different handy men but it still smelled very bad. I went down to see if we could get other rooms and the front desk guy was like "nothing we can do" with a blasé shrug. I am 45, but not super pushy. Though I feel like in other hotels like thi we m ight have been offered some compensations, like a breakfast or a discount, or a change of room, etc. My 71 year old mom went down later and was more particularly and had looked up the available rooms in the hotel, finding that there were rooms available. She got moved into another room, which was nicer and didn't smell. But many hallways in the hotels smelled like sewer

The location was exceptional: 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the Marina, and only 10 minutes to Old Town.

The staff went out of their way to support us in any of our questions and requests.
We stayed here 10 years ago and will stay there next time we come to Malaga.
I could recommend a marketing brochure in the room highlighting the fact that there's a Michelin Restaurant on the main floor.
