dit hotel ligt voor ons op een goede locatie dicht bij het strand en het centrum. verder waren de kamers schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en het personeel was heel vriendelijk, het ontbijt was goed een ruime keuze en lekker.

The location was exceptional: 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the Marina, and only 10 minutes to Old Town.

The staff went out of their way to support us in any of our questions and requests.
We stayed here 10 years ago and will stay there next time we come to Malaga.
I could recommend a marketing brochure in the room highlighting the fact that there's a Michelin Restaurant on the main floor.

breakfast charge too expensive even for child. double beds non exist so the two single beds that were together were slipping so at times i was falling in the middle (annoying the least) also roof facilities were not so usable

Location is great, right by the marina and beach. Walking distance to the beach and historic sites.
Bathroom ventilation is not great so open the window if you want to use the mirror after, not a big problem though.

Everything was amazing. The location is perfect, very close to the sea and the city center. A taxi stop and a bus stop are right below the hotel. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and the facilities are very good.

Great location. Nice size room with a balcony looking at the city and the water. Great breakfast! Everyone was so nice and helpful.
The gym was small and not well ventilated. However, it is in a great location so you can just jog or bike outside if that is what you want to do.

Location was excellent. 5 minutes to the beach and to the harbor. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent ?.
The only time I put the card on our door for the room to be cleaned and when we returned the room hadn't been cleaned.

Good location. Both historical center and beaches are in walking distance. Room was comfortable.
Breakfast was a little bit under the level of 4* hotel. It was rather noisy in the room from traffic even we were on the sixth floor.

The reception staff is efficient and friendly. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The hotel is ideally located between the beach and the castle, with the modern art museum next door and 15 minutes walk to historic downtown and plenty of restaurants.

Throughout the stay on the 12th floor there was no WiFi for the duration of it. For the price being paid, you would think that would be sorted quickly rather than the response that was given which was it won't be fixed over the weekend as the maintenance company doesn't work weekends. Didn't really seem an adequate response for a place that is open 7 days a week and so really should be getting resolved asap

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We had a great view of the Alcazaba and the Cathedral from our balcony (oddly, there were no chairs in the Balcony, although they're was plenty of room to accommodate them. . Breakfast was on the "light side" of offerings compared to our hotels in other areas of Andalucia, but still very good. The location was about a 10 minute walk through either a (pedestrian tunnel or a pleasant park) to the Alcazaba or the Plaza de Merced, parking was easy and close-by.
We each had two "body pillows" (long). One was soft and one was firm. We didn't really figure out how to use them both without getting in each other's way. (Lol)
