It is well-located for the historic sights of the centre of Madrid, the art museums and the port and five minutes walk from the last stop in the city of the frequent airport bus so you can get to and from the airport at low cost and in a dependable fashion.
I found the room’s atmosphere cold and clinical; the pale blue reminded me of a cell or hospital and without finding two extra blue blankets in the wardrobe I would have been suffering from the cold at night. I was there on a rainy, relatively cold day and night. The worst thing of all was that my sleep was badly disturbed by a weird buzzing noise coming from the fridge which was situated in the wardrobe that started around 3:00 am and would not stop. It drilled in through the head! I had to shift the heavy fridge and pull out the plug from the wall - this worked to stop the noise but ruined my night’s sleep entirely

Bare minimum, no coffee make, kettle, the bed sheet is old and has small holes.

Th size of the bed was excellent . muy ancho.
At 3 . 30 am a water pipe burst and there was water cascading down the stairs for 90'100 mins. W waited outside, but the night staff provided tea coffee from the bar. The staff were excellent , all solved by next day

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was really decent, bathroom clean. The streaming service on the tv was great! WiFi worked well. The location is the best that you can imagine in Malaga. The hotel is nicely maintained.
Maybe more alternative options for the hotel breakfast would have been nice. I would have preferred if the room was vacuum cleaned every day.

Great location. My twin bed and room were quite small, but it was comfortable enough. The air conditioner worked well and there was plenty of hot water. Everything was clean and there was a mini fridge which was helpful. It’s very bare bones. It wasn’t really a room to spend time and it was just to sleep so if that’s what you’re looking for, this works well.

The location is great, it's right in the center! The staff was very friendly and nice. We had some bad luck but the personnel handled it as fast as they could and the hotel handled the aftermath pretty good. I would like to stay here again when I go back :)
The breakfast was okay, I believe it could be improved a little more, like a bit more fresh options like tomato, cucumber, pepper, etc.

Liked the location, near everything, 5-7 minutes to the beach and 12 minute walk to the city center. Breakfast was standard and fair. The hotel provided a free beach umbrella and a large towel for a $10 deposit. The small fridge in the room was very handy to keep water, juices and other food cool.
I stayed there for 10 nights and slept on a very unsteady and uncomfortable bed.

Very clean Hotel. Staff lovely and do everything to help. Plunge pool on the roof was great. Breakfast was also quite good.
I would like a little more fruit options for breakfast; It would be great to have more sunbeds on the roof - there is room. When I was there a big group took all of the beds for the whole day. Tea making facility in the room would be brilliant!

The staff was super nice, helpful and always there. The location was great--a mix of tourists and local life, which I prefer. Excellent shower with good hot water and pressure. I liked having a balcony and fridge. I would stay there again.

Location was excellent, we could walk everywhere within 10 min. beach is near by, cafes, restaurants.- staff was helpful and friendly, they called a taxi for us after we checked out, room was very clean, there's a small fridge but no coffee maker- I loved the bathroom, it was spacious, with bamboo shelves, but shower was tiny, water pressure was wonderful! :) Good value for $. It's a great place to stay.
The thing about this place is, rooms are on each floor that is like an apartment building hallway, no carpets :) - there are no carpets in the rooms as well, so when housekeepers are cleaning in the morning, you hear the furniture moves, and talk outside your door, which is terrible, they forget that there are people staying in rooms, and talk loud, pulling chairs that are outside your room, /which is the hallway. not sure why there were two tables and chairs right outside the rooms.. pool is small but if you wanna chill it's O.K. Overall , it was quiet, at night , beds were comfy but in the morning, you will hear furniture shuffles at 8, 9 am :). Room was small, and there's a tiny window that you can open that overlooks the other side of the building which is the hallway.

Wonderful
Perfect location close to the beach, airport bus station and old city; nice room with the balcony and big mirror, comfortable bed, a small fridge (so great in the hot summer time).
Very strong and not good smell of antibacterial wash in the room in the first day of my arrival.
