Wonderful
Everything was perfect during my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my experience and would gladly stay here again.
The only small inconvenience was that there are about 20 steps at the entrance, so guests need to carry their luggage up and down the stairs.

The location of the hotel was great. It is in the heart of shopping street and very near to all the attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful and was able to change my room on a second night, when I ended up in a very dark room at the end of the corridor.
On the first night I was placed in a room that was at the end of the corridor and very dark. You had to walk in a labyrinth to get to the room. Unfortunately, I do not remember the number of the room, but it was creepy. Thanks to the friendly staff the room was changed on a second night.

Amazing location, walking distance to all the main sites the cathedral, Alcazar and the beach. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly.
The hotel doesn’t have ramp for the luggage at the entrance, you have to carry your luggage about 10 steps to the lobby.

It was quiet. I slept well. The room was clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet was great. The location was outstanding. Although I wasa woman traveling alone, I felt safe and comfortable. My single bed accommodation was perfect for me.
The mattress was more firm than my comfort level. I had to use a pillow under my hips.

Clean room, safe neighborhood, good proximity to what we had time to see , courteous staff. Cafe next door
Garbage/recycling truck and noise every night as late as 11pm.
