The fact that they only have 25 rooms and it looks like a legit castle. Also, the view is mesmerising . the rooms looked great, like in a fairytale.
the Location is far from the center. you walk 10 minutes to the first bus Station and then you do around 20 minutes to Paseo del Parque, by bus. and walking takes around an hour to the center so, be prepared to walk, or be prepared to take the bus .

Spacious rooms with all needed amenities, the castle ambiance is on point.
The hotel itself should have had more facilities (a proper gym and bar etc)

It is located on a hill overlooking the city and the ocean, with beautiful views.
Our group had multiple rooms. Our room constantly smelled like food because it was above the resturant kitchen. The AC didn't work well. The AC is below the window and the curtain covered the air flow. One room had a heavy oder of mothballs, which they moved them the 2nd night. Another, the window to the room opened to a 2 person table on the resturant patio. Access to property was difficult. It is a good distance from everything.

The swimming pool is much smaller and more enclosed than the photos suggest
