Non-functional thermostat, terrible Wifi, half-class panel in the shower area (so water is all over the place), uncomfortable beds, and difficult to communicate with staff in English.

The hostel is in an excellent location right in the city center and is easily accessible by public transport. Many restaurants and historical attractions are nearby. The staff is friendly and always ready to help.

The ladies working there are super nice and professional, the place is clean and well kept. It offered no less than that which was advertised. It's my second stay and It's a great value for money. I can definitely see myself coming back!
The walls are super thin and you can hear other guests as if they were in your room. This is a common issue in Spain, so not specific to this establishment. Since there is no staff present at night, it might be hard to react, in case you don't want to start conflicts with absolute strangers. Bring those noise cancelling thingies or don't stay too long, cause the noise is really rough.

We were hesitant about the hotel when we looked at the photos, but I think the rooms were renovated, everything was great, it is in a very central location.
Only the air conditioning was not working and the shower was leaking slightly, but these did not cause any major problems for us.

We've stayed here many times when we pass through Malaga as it's very convenient for the airport bus and centre of town.
Staff always seem disinterested and hardly engage with customers. There was an empty beer can used as an ash tray by a previous guest in our room when we arrived, and no shower gel at all in the dispenser.

As an older male, I need a private bathroom, if for no other reason than to not wake up the entire facility at every trip to the loo.
This met all of those requirements, and at a great price too!

The location was great,right in the centre.It was quiet inside despite a busy road.It was very clean.The beds were comfortable.The receptionist was very pleasant.
The room was very small. The curtains needed fixing.Basic accommodation but handy for one night..

Excellent location (can't stress this enough). Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean clean!
The bedroom we got was modernized compared to the ones on the pictures here.
It didn't spoil the stay, but shower curtain needs replacing and the mattress was not very comfortable.

Fantastic location, so close to the main attractions and great restaurant just across the street. Easy communication with the staff and we were very thankful for possible earlier check-in.
The room was rather small in size and with an extra crib and buggy was hard to walk around. It would be good for two people with no extra stuff though. The lift is also small.
