Good location and modest price.
It turned out to be an AirBnB with no one to welcome you. Also their unreasonable insistence on a 150 euro deposit via WhatsApp was impossible to fulfill with a Canadian bank. Their increasingly demanding texts left us no alternative but to leave after two nights, despite having paid for five. We have received no recognition from them regarding our situation and no offer of a refund.

The location was quiet and there was a great supermarket round the corner. The apartment was spacious.
The apartment was very tired/shabby. The hosts obviously have a policy of "make do and mend' not replace. But worse was black mould beneath the window, and corrosion in the bath floor with jagged edges.

A simple, functional apartment in close proximity to the historic center (10-15 minute walk or a few bus stops away).
Small supermarkets located just 200 meters away.
All appliances worked as expected, a comfortable indoor temperature, a quiet street, possibility to open windows for a fresh air.
Good communication and friendly agency staff, with a seamless online check-in process.
The refund of the deposit was issued the day we left.
I did not like the mold around the window, especially considering the bed is placed nearby; this issue should be addressed. It would also be nice to have more plates, cups, cutlery as in my opinion it is insufficient for a family of four.

It was clean, the sheets and towels were fresh and soft
The heating/aircon didn’t work, the wifi was very weak, I could hear all if the water evacuation from the entire building (I think the service column was at the end of the bed), the apartment I booked was a lot more dated than the one in the photo. The ceiling lights were all dull and the one next to the bed kept flickering so I couldn’t use it, the one above the cooker didn’t work.
I had to change the batteries in the tv.
I stayed for 5 nights and there was only one washing capsule etc etc

Location
The needs of the guests are not thought or planned carefully. Basic amenities such as salt, pepper, oil, laundry detergent are not provided. No dish dryer in the kitchen, no extra hand towels. Not enough sockets. A power strip in the unit would be very helpful. Check in instructions are not very clear. How to exit to the main door is not provided in the instructions. The hot water is not sufficient, the shower becomes cold easily. In general the unit is decent and in a perfect location.

The location. The apartment was well equipped (very convenient to have salt, tea, etc). The check in was easy.
The fact that we had to take out the trash ourselves. There’s some details that can be improved to make it look nicer (mainly in the bath). The towels felt a bit rough.

The apartment was clean, had everything you needed
The only window in the apartment did not open, the handle was broken.
It was hard to breathe in the apartment because of it.
I reported this, asked to repair or change the room.
At first they promised to solve the problem after the weekend, but by the end of our stay (6 days) nothing was done.

Air conditioning - it is already very dirty inside. It is worth cleaning it.
Sofa - after unfolding it collapses. It is worth repairing or buying a new one
Cleanliness - It is worth vacuuming thoroughly and everywhere. Unfortunately, there is a lot of dust and hair all over the floor.
However, the room was in good condition and adequate for our price.
