The only good thing was that the bedroom bed was spacious.
We had problems with the bathroom door not closing. We insisted several times for them to fix it, and it took them a whole day to do so. The floor was very dirty, and the sofa bed was very noisy. The apartment is on the first floor, which I personally don’t like. It was also far from the main square.

The location
The apartment was quite old, and since they didn’t have time to paint it, they offered us the option to cancel at the last minute. We were given a ground-floor unit, but I believe the pricing should reflect this difference and be disclosed upfront. The contrast is significant, as the windows are fully exposed and face directly onto the street

A Wonderful Place to Relax! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Our stay in this apartment was absolutely fantastic! From the very beginning, we felt special — we were given the keys around 11:00 AM, even though we had been told check-in would be after 3:00 PM. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped — everything we needed was there: from glasses and pots to fast Wi-Fi.
The location also deserves high praise — close to the city center, yet in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. A big plus was the comfortable and spacious bed, as well as the extra sofa in the living room.
We had a small issue with the water heater, but Ms. Adrianna was very helpful and took care of it quickly. We truly felt looked after and warmly welcomed.
I definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay. We’ll surely be coming back!

We had a very nice stay in Malaga. The accomodation is situated in a quiet street, only a few steps from the historical center. Everything was as expected. I certainly would recommend it.

The graffiti approach to the entrance to the property and the short walk up 1 flight of stairs along with the sticking doors, gave me the impression that the property may not be as good as i expected but i grew to like it.
The washing machine looked brand new with instructions in English, and every room had air conditioning. The hot water from the boiler just didn't reach the kitchen tap, so the kettle is required to rinse the dishes.
The huge opening windows leading to the small balcony were a pleasant reminder of being on holiday in Spain.
The bed was comfortable and the property felt very secure enough to enjoy a good night's sleep.
There is no elevator and the entrance is not wheelchair friendly.

The apartment was very good value, even had a washing machine, which we used as we had been travelling for 13 days . The kitchen was well equipped, and the oven was useful. Location excellent. Staff were also excellent.

Apartment had all necessary equipment. Location was close to old city center.
Pre visit: They have switched our apartment after the payment went through (I'm sure they new about need of change before). They have demanded throug chat a lot of data, pictures of documents and additional 150 euros safty deposit. It sounded like a scam at the beginning.
Location: Although it was close to city center the building was in a very bad shape, bad smell, lift available only from 1st floor not from ground floor, thin walls-you could hear a lot of noises.
Apartment: it was good enough and nothing more. Examples of small stuff: totally broken electric outlet next to bathroom sink, bathroom sink evidently installed in the wrong direction, lamp on the nightstand but only one electric outlet in the opposite side of the room (we put the lamp on the ground), really intense air fresheners (aroma sticks) I think were used to hide smell of the rooms and from shower etc. Small stuff but overall gave the feeling (oh that is why it was cheap).

I liked the size and cleanliness
No communication about the one and only air conditioning remote that controls the Livingroom (even though the bedroom had its own remote on the bedside table which was apparently for decoration because it didn’t work. We slept 2 nights without air conditioning as they didn’t send someone for 5 min to figure out the livingroom remote does the bedroom too. Who knew!
We had to figure it out in our own while sending endless messages.
The upstairs loft is a sauna so I wouldn’t put my dog up there. We didn’t use it so all.
The area seems sketchy at first but we adjusted.

The property was located in a quiet part of town and near to many bars, restaurants and the city centre. It was comfortable and airy and had everything that we needed.
The kitchen sink plug did not fit the plug hole and there was very low pressure for the hot water in the kitchen, which made washing up difficult. The glass shelf in the fridge was broken and left in the salad box and the fridge itself was not very clean. The toilet pan was heavily stained at the bottom in the u bend.

Location was very good and a very friendly staff which always answered in a promptly manner whenever we have questions, I think her name was Adriana.
This is more of a personal taste, but the bed was too hard for us so it wasn't that comfortable.

It was a nice clean spacious apartment in a good location and very close to the city center. Close to many restaurants and bars. Washer also came in handy.
I was grateful the unit was on what they call the first floor which was not the ground floor because I was there during a flooding episode and the street where this apartment was located escaped flooding.
The towels could have been fresher and paper towels would have been nice. Sofa a bit lumpy but still comfortable. Love that Netflix was available.
Getting the keys at one location and then having to drive to another location was a bit frustrating if you arrive in early hours of morning. The keys sometimes caused problems entering the building and even into the unit but they do have instructions on what to do if you get stuck outside the apartment. None of these issues would prevent me from staying again.

The apartment was comfortable and it had a washer. The staff at the call centre were very helpful. The shower recess drain was not flowing properly and when we reported it, they sent someone to fix it the next day. They also provided extra toilet paper and shower gel.
The process to get the key is complicated and it is not convenient to access the apartment. Firstly you are directed to a location/building, then you have to phone the call centre to obtain the code to enter that building to get the apartment key from a lock box. Once you have the key, you have to make your way to your apartment which is not in the same place as where got the key from. The apartment was about 8 minutes away from where you obtained the key. We would not have booked this apartment if we were aware that we had go from one place to another as we had very heavy bags and we arrived by bus. It would have been better if you got the key from where your apartment was located. Luckily we didn’t need to store our luggage because you had to go to the office of the call centre to leave your luggage.
There was also problems getting into the building and apartment. The key hole had to be aligned with the locking mechanism for the apartment. Adriana from the call centre came to help open the door. She had the same problem with the door but managed to open the door.
While the location is central, the 2 streets leading to the apartment were quiet and lonely at night.
