The hotel is close to the centre and a supermarket is close by, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, the room is clean and neat, the rainshower is a nice addon and the bed was comfortable
The room is missing many amenities (water-cooker, shoehorn, slippers, grooming kits). You can request some of them but they should be in the room already.
The TV barely responds to the remote control inputs. The small fridge isn't working properly. The water in the sink in the bathroom drained very slowly.

Everything about my stay was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. They made everything easy from check-in to check-out and were always available whenever I needed anything. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, which made my stay very relaxing. The location was also great. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

A fine hotel, close to the Alameda. Many cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket close by, with nearby access to the local train to the airport and the intercity bus and train stations.
Our room was quiet, comfortable, and well-furnished, with good beds, a fridge, large walk-in shower, and good wi-fi.
All staff we met were friendly and concerned about our satisfaction with our stay.
The breakfast room is too small, and at busy times there is a waiting line for entry.
But the breakfast is good, and the staff works very hard to ensure everyone is seated in good time.
The price was more than we normally would pay, but it was worth it.

Great location right next to the train station and near the port. Super comfy beds as they are in all Eurostars hotels I've stayed at. Competent staff. Lovely clean room and good shower. All in all a great stay!

Location was very convenient, and the room was comfortable and clean.
The bathroom door was glass and did not fully close (space between door and doorframe), which is not ideal for any holiday and quite unexpected.

The rooms are very up-to-date with a great layout and style. The beds were soft and comfortable. The location is perfect because it is close to old town and the old town. Also easy to get to. Couldn’t have been easier. The hotel has a special deal with the parking lot down street which valet park your car for €17.
The only real downside is that the lobby has way too much fragrance.

This is a modern hotel with all the amenities, about 10 minutes by walking to the train station and within a few minutes to the C1 metro line that serves the airport. Check-in and check-out is extremely fast, and they serve an excellent breakfast.
