Very near to the Train station providing easy connections to the airport. Main bus terminal is less than ten minutes by walk. Spacious room with a small balcony. Old town is just 10-15 minutes walk away.
No tea and coffee making in the room. Price is on the high side compared with other cities like Seville

The location is great as it is just halfway between the train and bus stations from other cities and the historical centre. The personnel is lovely.

The hotel is very well located walking distance from the old town and a few more steps to the beach. It is also a quiet area but near everything.
The breakfast was lovely, also just what one would need to start the day.
I had an issue with the wardrobe door after check-in as it got stuck. When I let reception know it was sorted for me later that evening so this was satisfactory.
I didn't think on arrival the receptionist was very friendly however other staff I met afterwards made up for it.
The scrambled egg was cold everymorning.
The room was very comfortable lovely bathroom but on the small side. Its a bit tight for two I think.

Javier was very helpful. And other reception staff also helpful. Storage for clothes in bedroom. Cleaning staff did excellent job room always made up nice.

Location
I told the front desk that the refrigerator wasnt working. He said yes we know. You can keep anything you want cold with us. Why were we put in a room without a working refrigerator? Why were we not told? Why were we not provided buckets of ice with cold beverages? It was a very hot day
