It was not created as wheelchair accessible. There are no obstacles, but toilet seat is very low, loo is not easy for wheelchair user

Very well appointed - newly refurbed and kept up to spec. Exceptionally clean & location perfect
There was no window in my room! I would NOT have booked and paid over £100 for a room with only a small skylight. Very surprised the hotel did nothing to communicate this with me on booking. Reception staff need more pay or better training because some struggled to be welcoming

The ac worked very well and the location was ideal. The front deska dn cleaning people were very friendly and accomodating.

Elegant hotel, perfect location to see Malaga. Coffee shop right next door. Discounted parking at a conveniently located garage on the next street.
The street outside is busy and there was construction at the time. This meant loading and unloading bags from the car was difficult prior to taking the car to the garage on the next street.

This hotel has really good location, it is very close to the city center. Room was modern, clean and big enough. We really enjoyed the stay there.
It is not possible to have breakfast in the hotel. But there are lot of options around so it is the only down. Also some staff doesn't speak english (I'm fluent in Spanish so I didn't mind but can be problem for some people)

Super nice scent in the whole Hoel welcomes you when arriving. Seems they have kind of a scent concept there.
Everything super clean, nice and helpful staff and top room service.
The Hotel is located right at the entrance of the old town (2 min. walk), which is perfect.
Could be a bit more informative about the breakfast concept. I did not need it, but some people might appreciate it.

I arrived early and the front desk staff were able to provide a room so that I didn't have to store my bags and check in later. The location is fantastic, close to all amenties in SoHo and central district. The room is modern and well equipped.
The shower head was broken.

The hotel is near the City center and at aprox 200 m it is a public parking- 22 euro. The staff was nice, even though they didn’t understand very much English.

The location is perfect with everything around you being a walking distance. We got a nice room with a balcony. Overall it's a great value for money.
