Breakfast was really nice. There weren’t a lot of options, but it was totally enough, so I was happy with it. The hotel is located basically across the road from the seaside, which makes it a really nice place if you come to Málaga for sunbathing or just long walks along the shore.
Overall, the hotel is very nice, but we were staying during the New Year period, so it was obviously quite expensive for what it is. Still, I had seen the prices in advance, so that was predictable.

The lobby area was nice. The shampoo and conditioner was decent and had a pleasant mild smell, not overpowering.
The room had dirty walls and is in need of a paint job and has deferred maintenance. For the price i paid, this is not acceptable. The phone to call the desk didnt work at all so i couldnt call for help with anything. The man at the front desk said he didnt know about it but at the same time didnt act surprised and i think he knew previously about the issue. The shower head is stuck at a bad angle. They give you 2 small waters no matter how many days you book for and i payed top dollar for this room. Then they want to sell you water. There were two people that slept in their clothes out on the outside lounge area on the 4th floor. Not sure if they were guests or people off the street looking for a place to crash for a few hours after a long night of partying. This area (4th floor outside lounge area/sundeck) needs the cushions replaced on all the furniture. They were all very worn and had tears with the stuffing showing.
The breakfast i ended up not eating because it was hotdogs, lunchmeat and breads/waffles. They did have 1 fruit cup per person but nothing special. This is very carb heavy and not suitable for anyone who eats healthy. They said depending on the day they may have eggs but two days in a row it was hot dogs. They said it was a buffet but its not a buffet. There arent enough choices and supply to make it a buffet like most restaurants.
This is what i would expect for 1/4 to 1/3 of the price. This hotel was expensive for what you got

The hotel is within walking distance from the beach, and you can walk to the city center, too. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Location is excellent, easy to get there fm airport,centrum, port, beach. Rooms are renovated, no balcony, bed was slightly hard, tv with only Spanish channels.
Breakfast is one and the same every day. The so called coffee is Braun water, no smell, no taste. And to put a 18 years young girl to manage the breakfast is the most stupid thing in Malaga.

They could not do more for us.
