It was convenient to the beach and to town. The staff were welcoming and the lobby was filled with comfortable leather couches and chairs. The decor was quirky with old phone booth and switchboard and ceramic light switches. The room was spacious.

I had such a wonderful experience staying here! The hotel is comfortable, beautifully located, and has a genuinely welcoming atmosphere—but what truly makes it feel like home is the people.
Alejandro and Alicia were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made such a difference and made me feel truly cared for and at ease.
The comfort and great location are definitely a plus, but the wonderful staff and the welcoming environment they create are, for me, the main reason this hotel feels so special. Thank you, Alejandro and Alicia, for making my stay feel like home!

The man who worked evening and night shift (he was there when we arrived the evening of July 12 and also the night of July 14-15, as well as some times in between) was really kind and helpful. We so appreciated him!
having to drag our suitcases up the stairs outside to access the building was hard. We could have come in first and asked for help, but we didn’t think of it

This is a great hotel! 15-20 minute walk from the downtown area, beautiful Lobby and setting - basic rooms but nice comfortable bathrooms with good shower pressure. Nice Terrace on the 4th floor and very helpful staff

Close to the beach, nice neighbourhood - quiet but still walkable to old town, quirky style, friendly staff
arrived towards the end of breakfast time and no more food, stairs up to lobby (tricky with suitcase)

Location - a minute walk to the beach! The hotel has a retro vibe but the rooms are super modern. Single room is small but v comfortable with lovely light and beautiful bathroom.
Bit noisy from traffic on the main road.

Breakfast was really nice. There weren’t a lot of options, but it was totally enough, so I was happy with it. The hotel is located basically across the road from the seaside, which makes it a really nice place if you come to Málaga for sunbathing or just long walks along the shore.
Overall, the hotel is very nice, but we were staying during the New Year period, so it was obviously quite expensive for what it is. Still, I had seen the prices in advance, so that was predictable.

The lobby area was nice. The shampoo and conditioner was decent and had a pleasant mild smell, not overpowering.
The room had dirty walls and is in need of a paint job and has deferred maintenance. For the price i paid, this is not acceptable. The phone to call the desk didnt work at all so i couldnt call for help with anything. The man at the front desk said he didnt know about it but at the same time didnt act surprised and i think he knew previously about the issue. The shower head is stuck at a bad angle. They give you 2 small waters no matter how many days you book for and i payed top dollar for this room. Then they want to sell you water. There were two people that slept in their clothes out on the outside lounge area on the 4th floor. Not sure if they were guests or people off the street looking for a place to crash for a few hours after a long night of partying. This area (4th floor outside lounge area/sundeck) needs the cushions replaced on all the furniture. They were all very worn and had tears with the stuffing showing.
The breakfast i ended up not eating because it was hotdogs, lunchmeat and breads/waffles. They did have 1 fruit cup per person but nothing special. This is very carb heavy and not suitable for anyone who eats healthy. They said depending on the day they may have eggs but two days in a row it was hot dogs. They said it was a buffet but its not a buffet. There arent enough choices and supply to make it a buffet like most restaurants.
This is what i would expect for 1/4 to 1/3 of the price. This hotel was expensive for what you got
