Unfortunately, our experience with the hotel was quite frustrating from the start. Communication during the booking process was extremely difficult, and due to the lack of clear responses from the staff, we ended up paying far more than we should have. The hotel never made an effort to understand our booking challenges and responded only with generic, unhelpful replies. They also did not care that we paid more for the rooms even with less night stays and did nothing to recognize it or rectify it even though we emailed them weeks before coming and during the entire booking process. The room itself was disappointing, uncomfortable, with a dark bathroom, a bed that sagged in the middle, and an air conditioner that didn’t cool the space adequately. The AC vent was far too small for the room, leaving it feeling stuffy and stifling..
The bathroom was dark and the room was uncomfortably hot with no way to cool it. The pool had mold in it. The staff were unhelpful.

The kids loved the slide! The room set up for 2 adults and 2 kids was good. Sliding door separates main bed from living room with sofa bed. Very good room darkening curtains. Great location next to the train station, supermarkets and restaurants. Metro made it easy to get to other parts of the city.
The property was a lot older and tired looking than the photos portray. The shower didn’t drain and one of the sinks didn’t drain. This made the room smell awful and musty the entire stay.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, a wide selections of hot and cold foods. Some lovely smoothies and pastries along with the cooked breakfasts and fruits.  The room was very comfortable, and the location of the hotel meant a 20 minute simple walk into the main town area, although there was also plenty near by.  Fitness suite was good, and the rooftop pool and bar was lovely.

Breakfast N/A Location next to station was 10/10. Very close to city center. Nice lobby with water and atmosphere. The bar that extends outside its also nice and cozy. Parking was also good. Close by and also accurately described on the Booking.com. Room was good. Had basic amenities. Other hotels charged for a locker per day and had horrendous lighting. In comparison, this was nice and had a nice vibe.
A complimentary bottle of water each day the rooms are cleaned up. Also when checking in, a short explanation of what is in the nearby area. Where to go, like a map for example.

Very close to the train station. Friendly and attentive staff.
Housekeeping did not clean room properly. Only changed the sheets and towel. The table was sticky with glass rings, bathroom was dirty, and this happened every day. We had to clean after housekeeping every day.

What a great location! It is accessible from the train station but absolutely no train or other noise. Loved the slide! Perfect lobby restaurant after a long flight. Staff very helpful. They called us a taxi and then made sure it arrived and told us where to wait.
Occasionally crowded at front desk and unable to ask for help.
