Close to train station. Great parking. Good pool with view. rooms are comfortable. there's a huge mall connected as well which is very nice. close to everything. we would definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel, clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offers something for every taste. The view from the window is not amazing, but that’s not the main thing. The hotel is located in a very convenient place, right above the train station and a shopping center. You can’t hear the trains at all — it’s very quiet.
The beach is also within walking distance, about 10–15 minutes on foot. Pool on the roof also cool and can enjoy the sun.

Very modern hotel right beside the train station and car rentals. You are literally about 1 minute away from the car rental companies. We landed from the airplane and took an easy train ride to the hotel. Took around 10 minutes. Exited right at the hotel. Relaxed that night and car rental to explore andulucia region. Great breakfast. Good gym and comfortable rooms. The pillow top mattress was a little too soft for me though. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location is easily accessed from the cruise port and airport. It is connected to the train station and there is a large mall connected to the hotel making shopping and dining very easy.
The air conditioning didn't work and we didn't realize it until it was too late to change rooms. The night was miserable because it was too hot to sleep.

The staff were so helpful and as we had a late arrival and an early start they arranged a platter in the room and a pack up breakfast. It was my husband's 60th and they arranged a cake and Cava which was a lovely touch.
The pack up breakfast had the same dry, cheese sandwich as the night before and the pack up was 19 euros which was expensive for a dry sandwich, an orange and a mini donut. Very disappointing. The sandwich was in a cardboard box so had dried up and we saw all the pack up bags behind reception when we arrived so the bread had been out for hours.

Unfortunately, our experience with the hotel was quite frustrating from the start. Communication during the booking process was extremely difficult, and due to the lack of clear responses from the staff, we ended up paying far more than we should have. The hotel never made an effort to understand our booking challenges and responded only with generic, unhelpful replies. They also did not care that we paid more for the rooms even with less night stays and did nothing to recognize it or rectify it even though we emailed them weeks before coming and during the entire booking process. The room itself was disappointing, uncomfortable, with a dark bathroom, a bed that sagged in the middle, and an air conditioner that didn’t cool the space adequately. The AC vent was far too small for the room, leaving it feeling stuffy and stifling..
The bathroom was dark and the room was uncomfortably hot with no way to cool it. The pool had mold in it. The staff were unhelpful.
