The staff were wonderful, very helpful and considerate. Our room was lovely, the bed very comfortable. Shower lovely too. Very central to Malaga Center and one of our main enjoyments was the food market across the way!!
Going to the bathroom in the middle of the night, you had to turn on the bathroom light which wakes you up ?

Very efficient and friendly staff and we got an upgrade to a lovely bright spacious room. Just a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral.
I thought it was a little expensive for a 3* hotel, but maybe all hotels in Malaga are expensive. We paid €116.00 for one night without breakfast.

Wonderful
Greeted by the delightful Natalie on arrival. Check in quick and smooth. Natalie explained all necessary local knowledge to us with an easy to understand approach. Our room was compact, yet spacious with a balcony. Toilet was spotless. The Hotel was a short walk from the main shopping area. There is a supermarket next door. Loads of really fantastic little restaurants with friendly staff.

From the moment I walked in, the staff were so friendly and welcoming! The hotel is located on the edge of city center so super walkable as well as close to the metro station! Great breakfast and a comfortable bar for a drink and snack after a day of sightseeing!

Our suite 237 was spacious and bright with curved windows and balcony overlooking the Mercado and Atarazanas Street. The bathroom was huge and also had large frosted windows that opened onto a balcony. Clean bright corridors and very quiet, in spite of being located on a busy street. Super helpful and friendly staff.
And the location was superb.
Very welcoming lobby and bar. We arrived early and were offered complimentary beer, wine or soft drink while we waited. A lovely treat and greatly appreciated! Thanks to all.

The lady at reception was outstanding! Very warm and friendly and upgraded our room too! She made such an immediate strong and favourable impression.
The room was spacious and bright. and there was a nice waterfall shower.

It was close to shops very easy to find without getting lost which was good. Hotel was clean and staff were helpful and friendly.
The room had no kettle to make tea or coffee which is expected in most hotels the fact we had to pay extra for the fridge drinks was horrendous considering there was no tea in the room and you don't pay for that anyway. The breakfast was very bad and the food was cold after a few minutes. No swimming pool either and we were told when we arrived there was one down the street but then told there wasn't by a different staff member.
